No "dialated peoples" is the underground cypher group that butted their noses in his beef with everlast in interviews so he brought d12 into it in "quitter" and he intentionally said pupils cuz "dilated pupils" means somebody high on something. and you gotta be high on something to think you gonna get involved in slim shady's beefs to pull one over and make him look like a punk.
