I'm so grateful to this channel for sharing this workout video! It's the exact one my mom and I followed religiously (for about 5-6 years) about 30 years ago. I'm 40 now, and I've missed it so much. I had hoped it might be on RU-vid, and after searching without any luck (I couldn't even remember the instructor's name, Kathy Smith!), I finally found it! A huge thank you to Kathy Smith. This video is the sole reason I've maintained my good body shape since I was 9 or 10 years old. hey there, i'm trying to use this tape but because the video has been letterboxed it doesn't fullscreen correctly on a 4:3 output and therefore doesn't work with the Videonics DirectEd Video Editmaker.Could you please upload this tape again without the black bars on the side? The settings in your transferring software should let you adjust the aspect ratio to match the input.
@@thriftvhsripshey got caught up in some other projects- i think something about the compression is mucking things up, when it hits tape from the hdmi-to-composite box the byte rectangles blur together and the Editmaker doesn't know what to do with it. I'm getting back on it though so i'll let you know if i find a good answer.
