Hello and welcome to my channel! This channel is mainly about planespotting at Schiphol Amsterdam Airport and occasionally i have a flightreport, or something about travel. Hope you enjoy!
Airport in Menado it’s look terrible. Perlu liat contoh airport di Makasar luar biasa bagusnya. Menado need new keader yang lebih memperhatikan bangunan dan juga jakan menuju airport 😢😢😢😢
@@azaronsuosuo This was Juli 20th. We arrived from a Schengen country. The gate was at non Schengen part of the airport. I think that’s why we were taken to the Schengen area by bus. From there we had to go through security.
@@joey68ify Yes this often happens with the A350/A330 flights from AMS and MUC. They use widebodies to LHR too, typically 2x daily, these flights use the non Schengen gates naturally.
Dumb question, but are all these gates tied to the security check in any way (I mean especially those in the Satellite), or this walkthrough comes after that anyway? I mean, I fear a bit that if I wait for the screens to show the gate for a connecting flight (Montreal - Canada), which I guess it will happen about 1 hour before the flight, one will maybe have no time to perform both the security checks and the walk to the gate. Thank you in advance!
@@mirceastan4618 as far as I remember, i arrived from Amsterdam , had to go up one level for security and then proceed to the gate for my next flight. Screens are there after security too to show wich gate you have to go. Are you at transit in munich?
Actually great to see this once, I'll be flying all alone for the very first time next week (have been on flights before, just never alone), and have to take the M-gates, gives me a little rest to have seen it before, quite boring indeed 😂
Went to 2 Utd charity shields myself in 1993 and 1999 before it was knocked down. It was outdated but the place took your breath away wish they would have just refurbished it instead of knock it down.
I remember doing the tour when I were a kid, not long before it closed in fact and specifically remember going up to lift the FA cup. Still got the picture somewhere in fact.
Thanks for sharing this, now I really need to visit that hotel and the Boeing 747! Is it open for the public to wonder, or do you need to arrange a tour or visit?
We booked an all inclusive weekend and this tour was included in the price. If you stay there you can book a tour as far as i know. Things might have changed. Maybe send them an email for info.
Pleased to see that Schiphol still has a panoramic terrace. Rio's Galeão airport used to have a 500-meter long (!) terrace on the terminal's third floor, but it succumbed to greed, being closed down and turned into coffee shops, restaurants, stores and whatnot.
