Yeah. I mean the way she said “cheap 😬” as if it’s a filthy word made me wonder how rich she is that she has to make RU-vid videos for a few extra bucks 😂. That aside, a home is where you live with your family. It doesn’t need to be instagram perfect. If it is that’s all well and good, but it doesn’t have to be. Also her opinion about emptying out the frigde might make it look neat but I assume parents feel otherwise about their kids’ little arts.
I don't like cords showing but...no way I am taking off my kids artwork....everything in my home is displaying pictures of my kids and grandkids and I could care less if someone thinks it looks "cheap".... who cares if someone think it's higher end? Only way I care about any suggestions if I am selling my house ...otherwise I enjoy it looking like a home.
Do whatever makes your house feel like home, whether that would be displaying your children’s artwork on the fridge or having a messy living room. Please don’t listen to these tips. None of what is said in the video makes your house look cheap, it just makes it look personal.
Where do I put all the stuff? Im tired of the "lived in" look, I want to feel like I'm in an airbnb every day. Its ok to have an extremely laid back vibe at home, but my whole family agrees, we want clean and well...Sterile. We will decorate with our giant personalities and loud voices.
I honestly don’t care if my house looks cheap if I’m having food or sleep etc and able to do my study it’s ok and most importantly entertainment not hate tho❤
I would consider myself a rich women. If i had a home. And if i had children that are happy/healthy/thriving, and who can express themselves artistically, and it will go on fridge. Not cheap.
I think it's obvious when you walk into someone's home, whether the decor is collected over a lifetime or if it's meaningless 2 dollar crap. Those sentimental items add character that you can't manufacture with a colour palette and a pinterest board.
I think the "adult" ones are fine to a certain extent and can accentuate the sentimental ones. But if your tchotchkes are just funko pops and anime figures, you just have dust collectors.
1) most landlords will not be happy and it’s not easy to fix for everyone. 2) kid clutter =cheap. Wow imagine having to hide kid items around your home. No thanks lived in home looks best. 3) minimalism for some just looks bland and empty.
I mean the cord thing was real but come on the fridge way to tell your children that you think they make you look cheap and of course unnecessary clutter is bad looking but if you’re living in your house its gonna look lived in sometimes don’t think you’re cheap because you don’t have a minimalist boring living room
If someone comes in my house and thinks my child’s artwork on my fridge looks cheap, I hope they tell me. I don’t want anything to do with a person like that. I hope to god you don’t have kids when you have these opinions.
Don’t listen to anyone about how your house looks. Make it look like how you want and what makes you comfortable. If anyone tells you different they can leave your house.
It’s not kid clutter that’s very rude actually to call it “clutter” and no body should even go in the kitchen anyways And it doesn’t matter if your tv has visible cords that’s how electricity works and everyone won’t care The last one is true though This is feedback
