Love this! I lived in Oklahoma Hall 1980-81 Rm 326 fall through summer. Looks much the same! Then I moved off campus in to a bungalow across from the old tennis courts. That house was razed years ago. I loved SWOSU ❤ 🎷🎶 🐂🐶🐾🐾🐾🐾 for life!
This is a trash university. Do not go their. I played tennis for them their last two years before they cut their program. It’s not at all a typical college experience.
We are sorry to hear about your negative experience. The tennis program was discontinued in 1998. In the 25 years since the university continues to focus on the student experience and providing student services. While we recognize that we may not be the perfect fit for every student, we work diligently to serve students from a variety of backgrounds.
Al Harris is my grandfather and loved anything to do with Weatherford and especially SWOSU. Thomas Stafford was a longtime friend to Dr Al Harris, Sara Van Horn Harris, and my mother. He is also a promoter towards any educational advancements at the University.
I am proud of my alma mater. Under the capable leadership of President Beutler, SWOSU will weather this devastating worldwide crisis and I am confident we will emerge to successfully attain new heights. Thank you, President Beutler!
