On this channel, we will be showing random things that we do together as a Father and Son. We spend a lot of time outside and enjoy Hunting, Fishing, Trapping, and just about anything outdoors. We also enjoy building things and woodworking, so we may even put some "how to" videos on here as well. We also enjoy filming animals and will also show some of those videos. We hope you enjoy!
Thank you, my son and I are starting to make these, I'm hoping he will get hooked on something other than gaming and woodworking has always been an awesome hobby.
Thank you both for such a greatly detailed project you took the guesswork out & I am extremely grateful to you both for your clearly stated instructions on this awesome Bird Feeder. I will be making these for myself & making a few for gifts as well. I know this was 7 yrs ago when this video was made & I want you both to know I will be telling others about your video. Thanks again....
Sharon Cook, if you enjoyed this video, we also have a video on how to make Yellow Birch tea which is also delicious! We also have a video on Goldenrod tea which we find taste pretty awful!
Just a heads up. The feeders I made using your method are more popular to the birds I have. They will not go to the store bought ones unless my homemade ones are empty! Going strong. Thank you. I can make larger suet cakes for them so I don't have to fill them so often. Love you guys.
those fishers are scary animals. did you know they were brought over from Europe to help with the Porcupine population here in the US. they did get it under control and then they started to eat other animals . They are the only animal that will mess with a porcupine
HI guys come over to check you out. Will from weekend homestead set us. I have watched several vid and will check out more. Love the bird feeder with the bottle I watch JC all the time and heard him talk about your channel. Good luck guys you can do this. Cheryl from TN

Super cool project - JC emailed me about them last week before he had them on his channel - Great Family Project You selling these cuz I didn't see the link
Thanks! My sons were pretty excited when they watched JC show them on his video! We do sell some locally in our small family vegetable stand. It's a fun project that my sons enjoy. Thanks for watching!
Yea he gave us a shout out too. I was cool. We hope to do some Caring for the Flock type videos with building bird houses, bird feeders and Deer feeders.
Yeah, that was wicked awesome of him to do! That would be really cool if you would make some of those "flock" type videos! We just filmed a bunch of deer at our camp this weekend, and my son wants to put up a quick video of them soon. We'd like to see those deer feeder ideas you have!
FatherAndSonFun 2015 once I get he house finished up in the next couple weeks, I hope to get a work shop put together so I can start on some bird houses and make some feeders - the bear got our last year so we are starting over from scratch
Hello! Very good your channel! And your video too !! Congratulations! It deserves all the success! I subscribe to his great channel and I leave my like. When you have time, visit my channel !! Please!! Thank you
I must say that I was not as lucky as you are. The truth that as young I didn't have such the chance even when I started hiking with friends from my faculty. Hikers would always say: Oh, I have never seen a bear. It was really rare that brown bears were seen. Then after many, many years I entered into those "wolf years" I might say ... more than 25 years dealing with that pack ... after releasing them in 1992 6 years later Lik passed (in the age of 18) I suddenly realized that I was alone again. I didn't follow any of the wolves in fact I even tried to avoid their areas no to meet them at all ... I wanted them to become as wild as possible not trusting any human nor even to me. But it happened that bears started to appear in front of me .. (last time in 3 days and nights in July ... eight of them). Some would say that's some kind of magic but I realized that my experiences with wolves and lessons they have given me showed me how to behave in the wild and read the nature in the mountains ... footprints, sound, direction of the wind and smell it brings .... I succeeded to film much more brown bears recently than any other wild creatures. You will have the chance to see some as soon as I finish editing. I wanted to say that I needed many years of climbing, hiking, sleeping under the stars, storms, blizzards to encounter my first bear. My "like" is sixth as I see and I can't give you any more although I would give you ten at least. Well done video. You must be proud of that. Paul
Although we don't have any brown bears where we live, we do live in an area rich in black bears. We look forward to watching your video on brown bears! Thank you Pavle for your very kind words, we hope to film more black bears in the near future and share them on our channel. Thanks for watching!
We got this idea from one of our favorite youtubers. We build a bunch every winter and put them up around our camp. If you watch our "Winter Has Begun" video, you can see we have some on the posts on our garden fence. The tree swallows nest in all of them, and they eat lots of bugs, so it's a win/win. Thanks for watching!
We were fortunate to be able to set our GoPro about one foot above their nest. If you watch closely, you don't only see the parents feeding their chicks, you actually see the parents removing their chicks feces as well! Thanks for watching!
