Hello, I'm 65 years old in 1983 I live in Brazil and I have one just like that same color the only difference my was single cylinder, I never saw yamaha RD 100cc 2 cylinder and is awsome. For 100cc she move pure good too. Thanks to show.
This is.my first 2-stroke twin. I have been able to get some miles on it since I took the video. I have it dialed in and running great. Fun little bike. Thanks for looking.
I’m not sure what you are seeing that tells you it’s running lean? I have put about 70 miles on it now. Running straight non-ethanol gas in it now. I did some minor carb adjustments of the air screws and idle. Runs very well and the plugs look perfect.
I had a brand new one in74 put on fork kit longer better rear shocks alloy rims and a pipe & you will have a great bike with the mods I have stated better than Elsinore 250 cr
Very nice! Owned the same year cz250. Used to ride in So Cal, Lake Elsinore, Saddleback park,,, and even next to Hi 1 Pacific Coast Highway between the oil rigs. Those truly were the days.
did you think we wouldnt believe you that its cold? so what? its an easy fix to fix a cold start problem. reving the crap out of it aint doing the engine any good dude!! cheers
Sounds great but clean it out between shifts and I suggest you use the fuel shut off to kill the engine that way your carb is dry. A quick tickle of the Amal carb after you turn the fuel on will have you all set to fire up. My 250 Bultaco never failed to start on 1st or 2nd kick by using the above method of shut down
