Hi Dr Subhankar! I assume coagulopathy, liver renal ds has been ruled out, sld rule out any vasculitic syndrome/drugs. In a normal looking CT parenchyma - still a role for bronchoscopic evaluation, in an apparent normal CT angio- ask to trace the bronchial Arteries and document their caliber and nature- tortuous/dilated.. review for causes of pseudo haemopytsis. Request the radiologist to advise if repeat CT angio is required with any revised contrast protocol
I really appreciate the breakdown in explaining Sleep Study report and importance of each section. In Lab study is gold standard. Home Sleep study many are level 3, its not good for mild sleep apnea, respiratory issues, leg movement issues, dont catch heart issues because no measurements. Level 3 study is only catch severe apnea not mild or moderate...and if you dont have any other health issues.
