My friend is a Nigerian, she did "Special marriage" to a man from another country and they have been married now for 9yrs now without her bride price been paid because they both agreed to do the special marriage in his country before coming to Nigeria to do the traditional. But each time the man sent my friend with the money for the traditional wedding to Nigeria, he will end up disappointing her. This has happened twice. And this last time, she refused to return back to the marriage. She's been in Nigeria for 4yrs now but her husband never bothered to come and do the needful like he promised. Now she's fade up with the marriage. Can she move on and remarry in Nigeria ?
