the hard part is that the base of the original antenna doesnt have a screw or threads. you basically have to do the whole install. search for “short antenna” and get one that comes with several screw/thread sizes for the base if possible. i bought one off ebay and it didnt work, then i found another one
@@ToyotaPickup awesome man thanks I look forward to the upgrades you have planned for the truck. I have the LCE long tube on my truck with a magnaflow bullet muffler and with the cat delete it's obnoxiously loud and raspy so hopefully with the venom 250 it won't be as bad
it’s loud but but not crazy loud for the first half of the throttle. if you run it wide open it definitely is louder than most ppl expect for a mini truck. i like the sound.
@@ToyotaPickup I've run black widows neighbor hater on my LS swapped Toyota pickup and love the sound, but my other mostly stock mini truck is my daily and don't want it too crazy
I Run those Ford/Mercury Crown Victoria Wheels on All my Toyota Mini Trucks. Since the Early 90s, you Can always find them cheap at Junk Yards and Social Media sites. Very cool little Truck, I currently Have a 76 and a 87.
i need help i have a 87 toyota pickup 22r with a electric choke weber 32/36 as well. How did you run a/c with the weber? I know that the stock aisin carb has a idle up solenoid that increases the rpm when the clutch is engaged but how do you get yours from dying? please help cause theres no info online with this

But I did not found any video how to do it! on this video 0:59 I see the top harness have 2 wires and bottom harness 1 wire, It's that correct?? on my radio top harness have 2 pin 2 wire and bottom harness have 3 pin 4 wires. haynes manual is the blueprint, start there, then maybe google or search reddit for toyota enthusiast groups. ill be posting more videos on my channel but im not a mechanic
