I'm a very passionate Gwent player. I aim to create unique and fun decks to share with it's players. Hopefully to create fun and enjoyable metas. My wishes about the game's future are either revive Gwent development or new Gwent game after Witcher 4 release. I know it's completely up to CDPR. But i will try to show how unique and beautiful this game is through the videos i make to appeal to new players and keep the existing ones. I play the game on and off since open beta and reached top 200 multiple times.
Hey man, what are your thoughts on the current season? I'm finding it to be a bit of a drag. Between GT Harmony and SK raids, a lot of fun stuff doesn't work well because it gets badly outmatched by either of the two. I've been tinkering around with Bounty, Vampires, and Firesworn crimes - all of which do okay-ish in the run up to pro, but none of them seem viable for the climb. Somehow I keep thinking that spellweaver spam should do well in this meta or something like spies, but I can't seem to put a decent list together.
I haven't ran into enslave or pirates. But as you can see i won vs warriors. I assume it's always winnable regardless of the opposing deck. Because of the deck's flexibility
Well, mill is weak. I won't deny that. But off-record, i played like 50 games and achieved %50 win rate with mill in pro rank. Deck can do well if you play it perfectly.
I forgot to check win rates for the last couple of episodes. Sorry 😳. That's extra work, i might give up on the idea. I will only share if it's very high out of many games. Not this video but off-record, i played 50 games of mill on pro rank around top 1.2k and had %50 win rate.
I tried many variations to build this deck. But i would say the deck in the description is pretty good. Because Istred's purpose is bait that curse of corruption, 6 damage or heatweave. So that Dandelion could live. But if both of them die instantly in your games, i would suggest remove istred and 5p griffin witcher and maybe play defender for dandy or be like play Dandelion and if it survives it survives. I enjoy this deck the most right now. I could do it's most competetive version without removing the fun cards if you like. Because duels deck is one of my most loved deck by you guys and I love it as well. I would love to play and post this deck more. Fine by me :D
@@Talionn_ the second round against mobilization. The reavers, you didn't give up and kept fighting and actually took the round. Very nice, I probably would've lost my mind, reavers drive me mad
@@Ryan-kb8ui Well, to be honest i had little hope for round 2. But didnt give up and won in the end. I kinda lost my mind too :D I hate reavers so much. Such a dumb deck.
@@gorgit ahh, okey my bad. nice one friend :D Too bad i'm bad at sarcasm. And lately there were a bunch of negative comments happend. That's why i sometimes can misunderstand 😂
Lovely stuff!! There is something really nice about watching some other Gwent players getting Milled to oblivion! Please keep the Mill videos coming! 😆
@@EsteemedReptile In a way. I suppose that the real big brain move would be to play one of the other factions that can auto-win by having untouchable carryover, destroying everything on the board with cheap bronzes, using their leader ability six or seven times a game, or just being able to mindlessly puke their half their deck onto the board in round one and still have enough OP bullshit left over to bleed round 2 or go for the 2-0. It'd certainly be easier for NG players, that way.
@@joshuagraham3854 "Destroying everything on the board with cheap bronzes" Kinda like how viper witchers BANISH everything in your deck BEFORE THEY'RE EVEN ON THE BOARD.
@@joshuagraham3854 You're sitting there with viper witchers, a bronze that can BANISH, not destroy or disable, BANISH, a persons deck before they've had a chance to even play it. Shut the fck up, scumgaard.
What a lovely journey this has been. Truly awesome, not just because I'm a sucker for clog but also since you managed to show some fairly clever tactics and a broad variety of opponents. If you find the time to do another thematic climb next season, I'd be there to watch it.
I've had same thought about season themes. But even if i do that i will only do max 3 episodes. Because 5 video of the same deck is too much :D Just dont know what will i do for season of love :D
I've been working very hard on a practicioner deck. I tried Rience, Stefan, Renfri and some other nonsense. But they're not worth to spawn copies. Although i dislike cultists, maybe i could just do it for the funsies anyway :D
@@Kolotun I typed meme in thumbnail and title. I told in description that not recommended for high ranks. I never claimed it was a meta deck. Just a fun deck for climbing to rank 3
@Talionn_ idk why but gwent won't work on my phone no matter what I do so I have to use an old account on an old phone but that one don't have ng collection up
I honestly think you are the only one still using rience! ( and I am glad to see him played!) I talk with a bunch of youtubers and everyone says he is just dead and the decks with him are terrible but you keep proving he is not dead! I would say he is not great But he definitely works!
Yeah, i've never encountered Rience myself either in the last couple of months. I might be the only Rience memer :D Rience has a beautifull art and the card ability is such a unique one. Rience is the big reason i play clog. He's definitly neither weak or strong. Hes deck deppendent. Hes a beast vs mo and few tall other decks. But can be average vs GN midrange point slam.
Will you type that under every video? If u read my channel description i said i will post unique and fun decks. Btw, i climbed top 200 with so said "not meta deck" and had about %80 win rate doing so :)
Hey there, here for the daily dose of clog. Maybe to add to the weaknesses you mention in the description: In my experience, clog also struggles against werewolf slam, since they are hard to out-tempo R1, can bleed or defend rather well with tall cards and play a decent amount of removal on top. Fortunately somewhat rare on ladder. Stockpile is another pretty awful matchup. No good way of stopping the temerian infantry spam, plenty of thinning with tutors, siege master, raffard's vengeance, henselt and a bucketload of removal. Can also be difficult to find good bronzes to clog them with since most of their bronzes are combo pieces.
I've won against these decks multiple times. I'am not saying its easy, but both winnable match-ups. Thats why i didnt even think of them. Stockpile can give a very hard time but werewolf spam is easily shutdown by Rience. Since Rience can destroy the big werewolf and set a tall unit's power to 1 or 0.
We are waiting for interesting decks. There hasn't been anything unusual for a long time. I understand that the choice of deck is yours, but it seems to me that most people follow you because of the unusual and interesting decks.😅
@@utehdip Check the community post. I've explained it. For short, i have little time for gwent and couldnt do something unique for a while. Because believe me deck building and testing part takes very long time for unique decks and also playing then editing. But i have free time for like a week. I've been working very hard on goofy and fun decks. If i can manage it, I will try to prepare 2 videos for a day for this season. Most of them being the goofy decks you guys like. 😉
