You need to play a replay once you get on the bike, the window is really slim (6 frames iirc). Also make sure you never had an ak in your inventory, it crashes the game too. Also this strat variation is old by now, you can check out the new wr by petrus, he does it in a correct way.
I was following a printed map, one by one, which took me like 4 hours only to find out in the end I did 99. No idea which one I missed. I'd rather kill myself than do it all over again... Is there any cheat to show on the map which one is missing or sth?
I remember I spent about 2 weeks looking for all those graffiti tags back in the day without internet, and I didn't manage to find all of them. I was so upset.
