They obligated the owners to do the cutting operations. Presumably because that is an operation fagioli is unwilling to assume responsibility for. I find this pretty shameful. Let an Indian worker die, it's not a critical operation anyway. I wonder how the people who signed that contract felt about it.
@@laveturnerjones3954 Yep. Fagioli is not the general contractor on this job. They were just the movers/lifters. Was this a newly fabricated furnace or were the old furnace sections rebuilt and refurbished?
