What's up guys! My name is Drew Phipps (aka Drewrestler). As many of you know, I have been involved in the wrestling shoe game for quite a while now. This page is mostly dedicated to showing off some of my collection, along with looking at and reviewing rare and expensive wrestling shoes. Additionally, I just want to blog and share my life with you guys! Anything I think might be interesting will likely find its way onto the page. Thanks so much for everyone's support!
Thank you for making this comparison. I've heard the 4s and 5s have durability issues with the sole splitting. Does that mean the first 3 are worth tracking down over the 4s and 5s?
Bad take….. you missed so many great shoes that are by far superior. Adidas Elite International, Nike Footsweeps, Onitsukas, ASICS International Lyte, Dave Schultz Tigers, and the list goes on. Also Aggressor 1’s and Rulons are identical besides the name and shouldn’t take up two spots on the list.
Thanks for the review man! I also dabble in barefoot shoes, have been for the last 3 years. Been looking for a replacement for house sandals that are way too thick as well as add an option to my shoes so I'm not always wearing thin, minimalist footwear 24/7. You may have just convinced me to cop a pair!
@@genewalker7785 🤣🤣🤣 I guess at the end of the day we ALL can agree that the current situation isn't as important as other aspects of life.....BUTT.....in that precise moment, Death does seem acceptable!😅 Cheers Gene!👋
You repeatedly called Lambrecht from Oklahoma STATE when he's clearly from the University of Oklahoma! Do your research... and it doesn't take much in this case! DISLIKE!
I just bought some Splay Shoes last week and they’re a little low volume, I’m hoping they stretch just a tad bit for me, but overall they’re great, width and sizing are true to size, I think they’re a great transitioning shoe as well
I wear shoes size 8.5 US, 41.5 euro, 26.5 cm in insole. I have ASICS MATFLEX 5 wrestling shoes and their size is 9 us, 41.5 euro, 26.5 cm in the insole. what size do you think I should take these wrestling shoes? (they just don’t have the size in cm in their size chart, but I usually determine it by it)
Yo so I am a boxer I get told to stay away from machoi 2 because of the raised arch, so I’ve been looking for wrestling shoes and these seem good are the Nike tawas and inflicts decent for wide feet do they have a raised arch and is the sole comfortable?
I own both, gotta lean on the inflict side. Because it has a strap and more flat footed, rather than the chunky heel on the Tawa. Both are still great wrestling shoes & clean color way fs🔥
