I'd spend the last dime I’ve got left On a pack of cheap ass cigarettes I'll buy a round for anyone I can get To buy my bullshit Sitting next to momma there in her church All hungover in a wrinkled shirt Thanking God in that pew Momma didn't know what Jesus knew 'cause I drink my whiskey from the well My soul's for loan but ain’t for sale I've had my daddy pay my bail That kind of hell just don't come cheap If I had half of what I lost I'd be just a little bit better off I've paid a lot for being free Yeah, that's the cost of being me I quit a job that worked me pretty hard Put a little down on a bad-ass, piece-of-shit car I hadn't driven in a while But if you’re going nowhere, you go in style Spent the rest of what I got On a girl that I didn't need but Just like that car up on blocks She wasn't built to last She was built for speed I drink my whiskey from the well My soul's for loan but ain’t for sale I've had my daddy pay my bail That kind of hell just don't come cheap If I had half of what I lost I'd be just a little bit better off I've paid a lot for being free Yeah, that's the cost of being me 20 on a lottery ticket A dollar in a beggar’s pail A quarter on a heartbroke Haggard song A penny in a wishing well I drink my whiskey from the well My soul's for loan but it ain’t for sale I've had my daddy pay my bail That kind of hell just don't come cheap If I had half of what I lost I'd be just a little bit better off I've paid a lot for being free Yeah, that's the cost of being me I'd spend the last dime I have left On a pack of cheap ass cigarettes I'll buy a round for anyone I can get To buy my bullshit The song delves into the rugged and sometimes tumultuous journey of life through lyrics that paint a life permeated with reckless spending, impulsive decisions, and the pursuit of fleeting pleasures12. If you’d like to listen to the song, you can find it on Spotify or RU-vid. Enjoy!

PRAY FOR ISRAEL. THE LORD JESUS CHRIST DIED FOR YOUR SINS AND ROSE AGAIN FROM THE DEAD. WOULD YOU LIKE TO TAKE YOUR PLACE IN HIS HOUSEHOLD? THEN PLEASE REPENT OF ALL YOUR SINS TODAY AND SURRENDER YOUR ENTIRE LIFE TO THE LORD JESUS CHRIST. NOBODY IS OUT OF THE CANDIDACY FOR BECOMING A CHRISTIAN.
I don't know about you folks, but I loved the United States that fought righteous wars! It's about time for one. Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, those aren't righteous wars, oh no. Oh, I wish I was in the land of cotton, old times there won't be forgotten, look away, look away, look away, Dixie Land!
Can't believe this isn't even at 7k views yet! This is better than 99% of the new garbage out! Only thing up with this is Oliver Anthony Tyler Childers maybe Zach Bryan Colter wall. I might be missing a couple, but ya, this is great.
So sorry for your loss, prayers for your family. We just lost our 26 year old son on Friday. It's the worse pain and hardest thing imaginable. They were both so young 😢.
I just watched Old Henry for the very first time, My Son is a great song, this needs radio play. I could see easily making it into the top 10. We need these types of song today too remind us all about the important things in life that we will one day leave behind and be proud of all of the accomplishments no matter how small that our sons and daughters make in this cold hard world we live in. Beautiful song.
By the way, I saw you guys in the chameleons we were first starting out in Kentucky. You guys are a reflection of my life. I love you guys and I miss Troy every day because he stood we stood for! It’s all about freedom and is being taken away every day by the Biden administration.
I love to meet you, Eddie in Xenia. I miss Troy man you guys were a great duet, but I believe you guys stand for what I stand for and that’s President Trump be the next president again cause the world‘s going to hell I think Troy would behind us 100%!
Unlike bob mundan who uses a stubnose short barrel pistol and has become a self centered thanks he knows it all. This man is the real deal even my cousin who was A weather man in Beckley West Virginia before he died he was the fastest draw in the world I remember years ago him saying the same thing about this gentleman. Best wishes ROUNIN
Man you would be in trouble if you came up to Quick Cal to rob him thinking he is just an slow old man and get your head blown off before you even knew what happened. Don't underestimate anyone, no matter the age or appearance. Very impressive.
