Why would you want to sleep with clip in’s? The best thing about clip ins is that you can take them off so you can sleep comfortably and be able to wash your hair.
probably if you have something planned the next day or you dont feel like putting them back in since they can take some time to put in, ive done this on days where i want extra sleep since mine usually take 30 mins to do
Don’t do this often. You will have breakage at the root and possible bald spots. I understand not wanting to take them out, but clipins aren’t even meant to be worn daily. Sleeping in them is really only a last resort thing.
