Once again a 6-month update on my used Mongoose excursion without the front disc ever since the repairs it's been doing this great I had one back brake adjustment only almost time for new tires I have one in stock only I'm going to wait till they're both worn down it's been doing great time please just having it for a daily driver it saves wear and tear on my cross-country bike there is also a pretty good buy right now on a mongoose exhibit the difference being it has a front disc non-threaded stem instead of a quill stem two bolts on the handlebars instead of one and aluminum frame I may very well get that one even though I don't really need it
I LOVE TO GET ONE OF THESE FOR CHRISTMAS!! This is a snack box. It’s not meant to be several full meals!! “SNACK” ! Trust me FOLKS I get two or three of these a year and I love them!! I keep mine in the refrigerator and snack on it and I’ll make it last a couple of months!! I think it’s so perfect gift for anyone! So we will agree to disagree here! LOL !!
These past two Christmases I ordered the set of cheese bars [ two cheddar, two brick and one colby ] and, yes, at first I was taken a little aback by how small they were, but, well, I guess everything looks bigger in a catalog anyway. Also this past Christmas I ordered the 1.25 LB big red cheddar. I was tempted to buy one of those big gift set assortments and leave it in the break room in work for Christmas, but ultimately out of fear that it might bomb and decided to stick instead with my own Swiss Colony cheese stash. Besides you can't really leave the cheese sitting out for too long.
The used project bike I bought from turned out to be worth the effort I mean there was still a lot of the stock tread on the left and cosmetically it looks great I sent the wheel out for a new spoken truing which took as long as it took me to eat breakfast and make a store run the rest was a lot of work I do any of the parts I took off including the rear brakes I painted black including the lug nuts and washers I also added a metal bottle with a green filtered water bottle and green smoke for now it replaces my other 29 which is a Roadmaster quarry ridge I took the measurements and it's actually the same frame which I read about in a review of The quarry ridge it handles the same from their the similarities cease the excursion has much better component I intend to replace the freewheel on the quarry ridge and get it going as a backup bike since they're no longer in production I would recommend I used versions even nicer versions are available used for around $40 nowadays that makes it a pretty good bargain for bikes that needed less than mine I also added a nice pair of velo foam hand grips with cloth covers I'm enjoying this bike as a daily driver it still lives inside it made a great projects the weak points are the quill stem and I had to put a shim on the handlebars
"to all the glories of France" only refers to the post-revolution (1837 ) repurposing of the chateau as a national museum, which spared it demolition, dedicated to France's illustrious figures, which could be compared to the National portrait gallery in Britain. It has therefore nothing to do with the ancien régime chateau, even if curating choices in the last hundred years have been to return the property and its interiors to their pre-revolutionary aspect wherever possible.
you should graft some cultivars into those patches like (Susquehanna, KSU Chappell, Maria's Joy, Alleghany, Mango, Tropical Treat, Halvin, Tallahatchie, Nyomi's Delicious, NC1, IXL, Atwood)
@@johnandannastravels6258 (Shi Vishnu) pawpaw cultivar is another awesome choice, as (Susquehanna x Sunflower). As those 2 cultivars have higher genetic diversity than any other cultivars & tend to be slightly self pollinating. Susquehanna is 16% self fertile & the firmest most flavorful of the cultivars. Prima 1216 is less self fertile slightly, but has 3 times as many blossoms, yet it's fruit quality is at the low end of what is available. Chappell & Atwood are also Susquehanna seedlings. Halvin, Tropical Treat, Nyomi's, were found in the wild. Tropical Treat is from south end of Appalachian, Nyomi's from Kentucky & Halvin from Ohio.
@Pay-It_Forward that is great information. I planted 1 wild paw paw in my yard a year ago that survived. This summer I bought one and planted it but can't remember what kind it was. - John
I bought this for my niece a few years ago and again this year. She was so grateful and said they were delicious. She had Covid and she could barely get out of bed and she said she survived on this! And this year, she was happy to get it again. her little girl loved the chocolates and cookies.
My husband and I got a huge SC holiday box years ago and the food made us feel yucky. We ate half and threw away the rest. We eat pretty healthy so this was a shock to our system.
I found the same thing to be true. Just hoping those I bought them for will enjoy the flavor and variety! I did get some free chocolates and petite fours with my order. That's a plus.
My spouse and I were just talking about 80's/90's scams. Swiss Colony was #1. LOL. I was looking for a picture to show our kids. Thanks for a whole video on it.
For the price, I’m really not sure what people are expecting to get. Lol. These are samplers, intended for trying little bits of lots of different things. If you want larger sized meats and cheeses, then buy the larger sized meats and cheese assortments (which they also sell) but expect them to be priced accordingly.
Yes. We did circuit 2. However, I think we missed part of it. I just recently realized that when looking at my pictures on the computer and I saw a side spur that I remember passing but didn't take. Maybe next time. - John
Exciting fare. Congrats on the adventure! We are so excited to see this next month and film it for our channel. We are a father and son who travel the World to plant trees, clean beaches and teach people about culture, history, and natural wonders. Glad to find your stuff and hope you might like ours too. -Turtle
Some years ago, over 20, I did same thing with thier catalog, they had a payment plan so I bought a bunch of gift packs for my family. Well I got royaly screwed. I was expecting Hickory Farms but got what look like sample packs that tasted crappy. Over 200.00 I bought but never did pay them off.
