The people that shit on this kid and presume to tell him how to live his life should all just stfu. Sam’s not telling any of them what they should do, he’s just doing his thing. None of the old guys would tolerate Sam telling them what they should do. And they sure as shit wouldn’t have even listened to their older selves when they were 21. Give him the respect he deserves. Gained 30 in 2 of straight muscle. But Jack3d and original no shotgun and a lot of time and food management. Eventually especially now, with 4% fat I was spending 400 a week to cook and not be hungry. That was 2013. Cannot afford that now.
He made 40 clean pull-ups when he was High as fk on steroids during Pain & gain (this is why he talks about Dwayne Johnson). It is harder once Steroids Doses are reduced.
