The homes look new and clean on the curb appeal. The high school has impressive athletic facilities, especially the pool. The green spaces are appealing. Looks like a great place to grow up, minus the taxes and regulations from the State of California.
@@americusdeville865 yes we are one of the few places left in California that is somewhat affordable. It’s a great area and about an hour and 15 minutes to Shaver lake and snow skiing, only two hours to wine country in Paso Robles, 30 minutes to the nearest lake for waterskiing and boating, and about 2 1/half hours to the beach.
Recently, I visited Your RU-vid channel and I found some problems. I think and believe that if you can fix that problem, your channel will grow very gradually. Then your channel possible to grow.
Your RU-vid video content is so good. However the video does not get many views. Because your RU-vid channel has some problems. Do you want to know about the problems?
The refinished doors with wood grain finishes are beautifully refined and flow through with the vinyl wood flooring. You did a real good job with the abundance of shelving for all the home goods that peole typically accumulate. The acreage is cool. The front landscaping needs some colorful plants on the landscape and adjacent to the walk through. Someone will definitely enjoy a Lakers game or Kings game in the living room. As a man I like the large spaces, storage, garage/workshop and the lot size being large.
Thanks so much for the feedback! We're really glad you like the refinished doors and the vinyl wood flooring-they really tie everything together nicely. We'll definitely look into adding some colorful plants to the front landscaping to make it more inviting. We're with you on the large spaces, storage, garage/workshop, and the big lot size-those are some of our favorite features too. Thanks again for your input!

I was very fortunate to live in Fresno in the late 1980s before being posted to Tokyo. I'm British and Fresno was my first time living in the States. I loved the city and still have a special place in my heart for it.
I live in central valley, everyday i watch the early news about Fresno; murder almost happened more than one a day 😮. But people in central valley are very nice and friendly !
with the high speed train, it's time to invest in fresno because San Francisco will be very close in the future, do you have any investment opportunities for Europeans wanting to capitalize in real estate?
@@jdos5643 I think a lot of people who live in Fresno and the San Joaquin Valley in general don't appreciate what they have. If you look into the history of the city and how it's changed over time and really get to know the reason why people moved to the area in the first place and what makes it special I think you start to look at the area in a different way.
If your personal tastes lean less toward soulless suburbia and you value things like leafy walkable streets more than garage size and freeway access, here are the real top five Fresno neighborhoods: 1. Mural District 2. North Tower 3. Fresno High 4. Lowell 5. South Tower
Hello, would either of you two ladies know a perfect upscale catering service company in Fresno you would like to recommend I’ve tried searching, but what I do see is not exactly what I want.. 😊
Thank you for this awesome video! I feel you described Fresno very accurately. I was born and raised in Fresno and I love it here! I love Fresno because it meets the national average cost of living (so its way cheaper compared to other parts of California like you mentioned), its a big city with lots to do, and its centrally located. Plus I much prefer the sunshine over the rain 🌞
There has definitely been a ton of growth here in 20 years! The City of Clovis has park and walking trail requirements for new developments, so we should see more of them as new communities become available.
STOP Encouraging people to move here damnit! We are all sick of the bay area and SoCal people moving here and voting for the same crap that turned their cities into smoking craters! #MoveSomewhereElse *PS: Yes, most of us are conservative! Yes we like our guns and no, we don't like your liberal politics! If that offends you, don't move here!*
Lakes (with little to no water because of the drought), having a car is a luxury most can’t afford anymore. Since the legalization of pot, whole neighborhoods smell like the stuff, and that doesn’t even include those driving while using … it’s always fun to follow them in traffic (that last part was sarcasm. It’s awful). There are definitely nice places in Fresno and Clovis but you have to be the wealthy elite to live there. I lived there for more than 13 years in a neighborhood that was okay moving in…but when I left, the police helicopter was overhead regularly and on two occasions I came out of my my home to SWAT canvassing the area with their guns drawn. I had to work more than one job to make ends meet (I have a college degree and had more than a decade of business/leadership and education experience). My job paid well, but cost of living was too much. Health care was poor here. Crime was rising everywhere. Some people actually like snow and rain … not realizing there will be weeks (not simply reaching 100) of 100+ weather is also a huge con especially when the state of California can’t keep the power on all the time and the cost of energy to keep a house cool in that heat is also a luxury many can’t afford. 🤷🏼♀️. How about the homeless issue? Homeless camps everywhere (including Woodward Park). Comparing to the state average for a house needs to take into consideration the rate of pay. Because living in Fresno is less than the big cities, the wage definitely reflects it… so it is comparable.
