Is there at least a fireplace? It has everything I'm looking for, stairs tucked away from the front door. No bedrooms at the entrance, yuck. The master bedroom downstairs is perfect and 2 laundry areas a big plus. How close to the Neighbors are the homes? What is going on in Nevada with homes so close to each others, the roofs are almost touching each others. Not so appealing. Monthly HOA? Thanks.
I really like the floor plan on this one. I would have to go for the 4 bedroom, an upgrade that will pay for itself in the end. It will work great as a guest room, mother in law suite, or moody teenager needing space.

The price is fair for a newly built luxury home... excellent interior design plus the soft color 10/10, enough rooms for visiting families from out of state... stunning views

@@icecycles859 I have my ideal house. Where I come from, with that amount of money, you can get a 2,500+ square foot house with a nice backyard and a pool...even in today's market.
