Hi Francine, I’m so happy to hear that the results of your tests were so good! It must have been such a relief! 😍 Okay, now I’m really convinced that we are twins separated at birth. My “pinky” fingers in both my hands have Dupuytren's contracture. I never knew anyone else that has it! I also have misophonia believe it or not. I’ve had that for a long time and it’s so annoying. Hi Francine New Subscriber here. I’m turning 65 soon & have ovarian cysts on both ovaries. I’ve had some screening bloodwork that came out good, but last ultrasound showed right cyst growing & changing. Ugh My EKG is abnormal (& has been for at least 20 years) But now I need to go through a nuclear stress test!! I’m very holistic & don’t love the idea of radiation in my circulatory system. Guess I am just happy to follow you because you are so brave & matter of fact. An inspiration. I guess we all are only living one day at a time Thanks for your channel ❤
Sounds like good news! Sorry about the computer problems. Ugh. My husband is like yours. Wants music playing all the time. I can't concentrate on anything BUT the music when it's playing. Around the beginning of December, he wants Christmas music playing lightly in the background when we're talking in the living room. I give in on that because he was raised that way, and it's a good memory from his childhood. I'd consider having the surgery on your hand before it gets much worse. Not that it's any of my business. 😂 My mom had severe rheumatoid arthritis. All they could do was put a rod in her thumb so that she could hold things a bit better. I noticed I missed one of your videos. I'll go back and watch a little later! 💕
Hi Francine, I’ve followed you for awhile. I’m happy your scans were good. Your right lung has 3 lobes, upper, middle and lower, the left lung has 2. I had my lower right lobe removed in March due to a nodule that had been there since 2015 that then changed in 2023 and PET scan indicated cancer, Adenocarcinoma. It was Stage 1 My first CT scan is in 3 weeks. I’m very anxious about it. I’ll have scans every 3 months for 2 years then every 6 months forever.
That's great news, Francine! Sorry, but I'm out of the computer loop. Haven't had a computer since 2001. My daughter finally got me a cell phone in 2012 this month when I had a flat tire on the freeway, and people just flew by me for hours. Thank goodness I had a book in the back seat and read and sweated the hours away. You'll figure it out. Lots of love. ❤️🌻🦋🦋
Hi Francine, I hope you will have only good days in your life. May God help you and protect you. I hope for you that you will stay strong And ans always hopeful with your treatment. I came across your video because I was looking for someone that explains the side effects of this type of drugs. My little daughter of only 9 months has type 1 neurofibroma (plexiform) and the doctor gave her yesterday 2 boxes of mekinist and told us that she has to take it for at least 18 months. (Or maybe even more that if needed I think). I cant tell how hard is that for us but still we need to stay strong and keep that tiny light of hope. Thank you Francine. With all love and respect.❤❤
Francine……Are you currently on any drug regimen? I have your same diagnosis (12 yrs). I currently am on Ribociclib (Kisquali). Currently only FDA approved for breast cancer and still in trials for low grade ovarian cancer. My doctor appealed to Novartis to get the drug “ off trial”. They agreed and also fully pay for the drug. I take it along with Letrozole. I have a PET scan on the 31st…. I will let you know the results! All my very best…. Mary in Alaska 22:12

Hi Francine. Praying always for good results on your tests, and also more days that you feel better to do more of the things you'd like to do. It's so disappointing and sad when some of us get to where we are going, only to get going back home because we suddenly feel terribly ill, which hits hard. 😔 Chris is the man of mystery. Why did I think of Charlie's Angels and their boss on the phone??😉 Okay, I'm rambling again. He has a great sense of humor. Get to the beach and just relax and with your friend and nature! Scan day(PET and MRI) and meeting with our radiation oncologist for my husband is on Monday. I am still a nervous wreck every 3 months on scan day even though his results have been better and better each time. I am so glad we meet with his doctor the day of the appointment so we don't have to wait for results. Of course, he doesn't worry about it. Through his whole cancer journey this last year, you would think I am the patient and he is the partner. I wish I could be more calm like him.
I totally get that Leslie. It doesn't seem to get any easier even though my scans usually show there's no growth. I still know at some point things will change. We just never know when it will be. Wishing you both the best for Monday!💕

No one ever said that before 😊 I said well I Am Opposite Woman. Lol me and Hubby say that's my Super Power lol. I feel for you France drink up. That's what the PULMONARY doctor told me that Andocarcenoma doesn't really show up well on Scan's. I saw in one of my videos I'm not a about my PULMONARY doctor especially after I went there and he wasn't there. But my opinion has changed He really took the time to set and talk with me not only about my Breathing issues but with my Cancer as well. My video above all that will be this weekend 😢 I want to say so much more but I'm not Allowed 😢 mybe you can use your super powers to figure out what I'm trying to say. Sorry about your experience with the nurse was bad to say it nicely lol You know my stepmother had No filtered at all. I think as we get older and as living with cancer we tell it like it is 😊 We now have the privilege lol right 😊 That'll save cool about you being in the paper 🎉 Congratulations your now a Super Star 🎉Oh the Beaches Sounds Amazing. Hi Francine, I think you look beautiful! Weight is a very touchy subject for many reasons for me. I’m still dealing with it in therapy and I don’t know if I’ll ever come to terms with it. I was anorexic when I was in my teens and early twenties. I almost died from it. Now, I have gained a lot of weight from all my medical conditions, medication and chronic pain. I used to be in excellent condition..exercised, lifted weights and walked every day. I had 3 children and lost all the baby weight. I ate very healthy as well. Now…I’m so very very upset because of all this weight. I can’t get any relief from debilitating pain so no working out. Anyway..enough of that. All it does is make me even more depressed.

I agree with a comment above - you do look beautiful and im glad your weight is down and you are free of the CPAP too! My husband had to use one for a few months before an operation and he hated it! Throwing it off in his sleep/ waking with a dry mouth etc PS I always end up smiling listening to you and Kris :) You sound such a cute pair together ❤ Best wishes to you both x
I'll be honest. I've been about 20 lbs overweight since I turned 40. I actually admire very heavy people who get out there in their shorts and bathing suits and don't seem to worry what people might say or think. I think fast food has made it difficult for some people to lose weight. I have a girlfriend who has to fight the urge to stop at McDonald's or Burger King. Interesting topic, but probably a bit controversial.
Agreed, it's very controversial. I edited a lot out. I do admire confidence at any weight, but I have a problem with fat infuencers teaching impressionable young people to just keep eating.
Hi Francine and Chris. Loved how you both met and enjoyed the husband's version 😊 Personally, I've been on the heavier side of life, unlike my 3 siblings who were rail thin and still are. However, when I started having severe stomach issues about 7 years ago, I went from a size 16 to a 4 in a matter of a few months. What I learned was that no matter how small I was... I was still me in my soul. Being so thin didn't change how I saw life or how I looked. It was a defining moment in my life. Go figure? I've known many people throughout the years who had your type of surgery, and most have failed sadly. Others have done wonderful and continue to keep the weight off. My daughter chose the Lapband procedure, which caused catastrophic damage to her insides, which still continues today. This doctor lost his license despite an excellent prognosis and great recommendations. This is a tough subject. With a lot of different dynamics that come into play with each person. I'd love to hear everyone's opinions. Thanks for sharing your "big fat secret." Love to you. ❤🌻🦋
