Dr. Matty F.Y. Wong is a registered chiropractor in Hong Kong. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from National University of Health Sciences, Chicago, Illinois, USA in 1993. She undertook further certified program in Cox® Technic and brought this state of the art spinal care to Hong Kong as the first actively certified Cox® practitioner.

As President of the China Hong Kong Macau Chiropractic Association, Dr. Wong actively promotes chiropractic profession in Hong Kong.

The key milestones are:
1994- 2017
First opened in Central, founder of Disc Decompression Chiropractic Center

2015
Founder of The Hong Kong Chiropractor and Neurosurgeon Medical Center. It is the first integrated spine center combined with Neurosurgery and Chiropractic treatment for spine pain. It is the newest medical approach of spine care

想請教一下,MRI 已確定我C6 及C7 有突出壓住神經線,又不想做手術。如果在家做頸部強化運動要多久才有成效?另外我跟以上運動時如果手部有痛,是否痛楚能夠忍受,就可以繼續?謝謝。

@@CoolestAuntie 如果你有練習同筋骨比較柔軟,同埋都沒有不適的狀況,我覺得應該是可以的!但最好慢慢都學習這些正確的拉筋動作,避免弄傷腰部!
