Nice, but the G/G7 in the 10th bar is much better. Perhaps you can make one like that in the future. If you did do that, also try to make the 12th as A/A7.

This isn’t Little Red Rooster. Little Red Rooster isn’t a typical 12 bar, the verse starts on the IV, not the I, so it should start with D7 for two bars, then go to A, same as the second phrase.
