Sorry, Concrete is a terrible insulator, but it is excellent in air sealing and thermal mass. If you combine it with insulation such as insulating concrete forms or another insulation system, it makes an incredible house. Don't stop at the walls though, put a concrete lid on it.

Heads up, Torque Test Channel put up a video.. it's 1.3x UNDERRATED 🙃(you can expect 400 ft-lbs tightening and 440 break away) It's within margin of error as powerful as the red brand and lighter (but slightly longer), with more features. Another thing that might want to be noted is that it seems to have a lighter hammer which is good for the wrist but also means it might work slower in it's mid range (also using up more battery) I'm only vomiting this info because i'm thinking about pickup one up very soon 🤔currently have the latest gen Freak which i found replacing most impacts i use in the garage other than my trusty ol' NAPA branded Blue Point (Snap-On) mid torque pneumatic rated at 500ftlbs but realistically does about 400ftlbs @90psi
The problem with bosh is the lack of sales guys and getting the tools! Our supplier is Carrol and always having a hard time getting stuff and with makita getting the tools is fast!
