No worries dude, it was a blast! Was great just hanging out and watching you rip some packs, some decent hits overall! Thanks for allowing me to share the experience!
Thanks for the kind words and for watching! Would love to try to get some in person games in sometime, and can also try TTS! Hopefully you can make next year!
Right on, and appreciate the feedback mango! I totally agree, wanted to give a concise and straightforward overview. Can't wait to go to another event together soon!
Thanks for the kind words man, I really appreciate it! I agree, it's going to be awesome to see everyone again! I suggested we try to get a big group photo, would be cool to document the moment! See you in a few days!
Very informative video. Thanks Rude. I'll be there on the 15th for the Learn To Play. Hoping I'll be able to join some of the fun events after I actually learn how to play. 😂 Good luck in the cup!
Thanks for watching Matt, I'm glad you enjoyed it! Happy you will be able to make the event too, make sure to say hi if you see me! Glad you will be attending a learn to play, you are going to have a blast! Happy to help with some teaching games as well if our schedules line up! Appreciate the kind words and well wishes too, the Cup is going to be intense!
Right on, and thanks for the kind words! Was so excited when I realized I had pulled a curio, happy I could share it with the community! Thanks for watching!
Right on, so glad you enjoyed! I was excited to try something new with the camera angles, very grateful Jeff allowed me to film his process! Thanks for watching!
I agree! I'm glad that Jeff was open to allowing me to showcase some of this process, was so cool being able to watch him sketch and paint. Thanks for the kind words and for watching! Looking forward to getting some more games in at the Spring Social!
As a local to the area, it is always nice to see the artists come in and talk with folks. Jeff is definitely a good guy. I could tell how excited my buddy was to get his original playset of Swords to Plowshares signed.
Great video! I really enjoyed just watching him do his thing while you two talked. It was really a pleasure to meet both you and Jeff (and everybody else) at the event.
Thanks Moose! Always get a big smile when I see your comments pop up, thanks for the kind words and for watching! Looking forward to seeing you in Baltimore soon!
Thanks my friend, glad you enjoyed! I definitely agree with your experience too, I felt the same way! Congrats on your win at Mayhem too, looking forward to catching up again soon!
Thanks dude, I appreciate the kind words! Was excited to get the chance to do something different, was so much fun getting the opportunity to talk to Jeff there!
Thanks so much for the kind words, I am glad you enjoyed the interview! I was really happy I could share my conversation with him 😁! Thanks for watching!
Hi rude, thanks for the video! I really enjoyed seeing the cards, the difference is really noticeable. However, I do feel like a few of the cards almost end up getting too dark.
My pleasure, and thanks for watching! I'm really glad Adam allowed me to film the opening, it was such a fun experience. I do agree with your thoughts on some of the colors too, they are definitely moving in the right direction with print quality though!
@unlimitedsithlordtcg Right on, and thanks so much for the kind words! They really mean a lot! Hope to see you at an event soon too, are you planning on attending any of the upcoming ones?
My style of opening boxes is to scratch at the plastic like a cat stuck in a bag lol. Those cards looks so good in person! It was awesome meeting you and everybody else who was there! Awesome time!
Haha, right on! It's hard to take it slow with all the potential cards inside! Agree, it was great meeting you at the even too! Looking forward to seeing you in Baltimore!
With 3 different print runs (Alpha, Beta and Beta Supplemental) none of them match the other runs in color. I'd say Sorcery is still working out the kinks. Summer Magic was a mistake and not meant to be sold. Sorcery gave their stamp of approval to all three print runs....thats a bit troubling. Who's to say what the correct color is? It will make detecting counterfeits awfully tough.
💯, I hope that this is the last major iteration of Beta and share your concerns with validation of cards in the future. I can totally understand Alpha and Beta having some changes as they attempted to hit the sweet spot with printing, though was surprised with how different the Asian print run is (especially the corrected foil misprints on Blizzard and Blink, not sure if Courtesan foil was fixed as well). All of this said, the Asian print run seems to have hit a higher level of quality control than the first waves of Beta and I really hope that we can see that level of quality in future product. Thanks for watching!
💯 I was so impressed with the quality of the art on the foil backs as well! The reds in particular are incredible, I would love to see a Smokestacks or River of Flame!
*sigh*.... I really don't wanna spend the money, but these cards look crazy good compared to 1st wave. Looks like i'm signing up to work more overtime lol.
Hah, I am in the same boat! I'm really wondering where these will settle out price wise. It's hard to commit to trying to get a full set of them, though it may be nice to pick up some staple cards I use in decks often. Thanks for watching!
Very entertaining. Wish I had the time off to go and would have gone. The money saved from not going though allowed me to purchase a few more foil uniques so it's not a complete loss! :P Cheers!
Would have been great to have you there, and totally understand the scheduling challenges. I remember you mentioned potentially being able to attend midland mayhem this weekend? Glad you are working towards your foil goals too! Thanks for watching, hope to see you again at some events soon 😁!
