For this one I believe I stuck to 400 as much as possible. For some of my other low light stuff it’s mostly 1250 because it gives the cleanest blacks

Thanks! So for Pasadena City Hall you don't need a permit for noncommercial shoots. I asked the security guard there. We had a crew of 6 including talent. For audio, I used this mic: amzn.to/3lCH2iL & this recorder: amzn.to/3kly6yK It was tricky to get good audio because on the weekends there is a TON of photography shoots happening there.
