I believe that my ex is my twin flame since we broke up and tried a second time. Then I had these synchronicities and we met up again a third time and had a strong spiritual connection, but he gives me mixed signals of what he wants. How would I know if he is just a dismissive avoidant?

Oh man- yeah the EMOTION thing is so real, it’s REALLY incredibly difficult to NOT (push) on poetry, so I left, and get this, my twin is posting “don’t leave” poetry on his secret account. . 😂😂😂 the best part about my journey is it is so public (BOTH parties). and it proves your course works only one way, you push they pull, and no they do not “awaken.”
I did it once......he came back,very short .....but I wasn't ready yet to be in balance and stay within the soul.....so my mind started again and in a period of 6 weeks we went from little contact to no contact again........sooo this time I am actually going to read the book from Eckhart Tolle, I stopped smoking a week ago, and I just want to be feeling in surrender and completely give up chasing.......In 5 months it has become very draining......so I decided to stop watching tarotmessages and such......they mostly tell you what you want to hear and I just ended up chasing my twin even further away......... that's not even healthy for the both of us......my goal is to finally be at peace and I hope my twin finds peace also.......I've changed a lot in these past five months..... internally and externally...... people keep saying I glow all the time😊 but now I would like to be just at peace 🙏 so Kurt, I'm going to start watching and practicing one or maybe two videos of you each day........starting from today........just because in all of the you Tube content, you're the only one that's keeping it simple.....and I believe you, when you speak about this.......I've watched a few over the last 3 months, since I knew twinflames existed, and you told me that I was not going crazy or actually going to die......thank you 🙏🙏🙏👌❤️

The only path to navigate this matrix is the Soul- unity path. You are not your mind. You don’t have a soul you are the soul. Twin flame experience is an accelerated spiritual awakening path. You will literally be JOLTED to death. It’s not a great “love” experience it’s an energetic conscious alignment. Why do you people always want to make more complicated than it has to be.
Just a little question, is it always like this ; one of the two is already spirituel awaked / consciousness and the other physical person not? He has a lot of trauma and still lives in the 3D world. Did I came on his path for his spiritueel awakening?

Kurt, youtube had the audacity to "recommend" a video from my presumed twin-flame. I'll get over this, but the obsession/obsessive thoughts came back intensely and couldnt sleep last night. I was doing so fucking well and then I wasnt LOL even though I've found out he got back with his ex abruptly after ending things with me, and she dumped him again - I still have immense care for him. I just wish him well, he is so confused. Any tips on regrounding? It's like a fucking drug, i just want it to stop 😫
Uh i have experienced this as well. What i just do is listen to music and hang out with friends and people who love me. Surrounding yourself with people help as well. Just don't forget yourself. He is your past life remember that you are the soul. Detach, detox and keep focussing on yourself. Remember the feeling how it fell when all things went well. The peace the quitness not having your ego screaming out loud <3 you got this!

i said out loud im just standing my ground so whatever you do you do you. I feel this back and ford energy and honestly not biting into it im good where i am. Everything is quite and peaceful even my ego is in the background not so loud anymore.
I find it strange that twins don't have the same connection to the cosmos and eather, or at least very similar. My twin and I have spent countless hours talking about all the things that make us different than other people, we can both find the other one when we are in trouble, we both see signs he was the one that helped me better understand meaning behind numbers, we visit each other in dream states, we have both had dark night of the soul both been the runner and the chaser, our birthday numbers match just in different order, he bought two of my favourite vehicles without me telling him they were my favourite, we are both just as spiritually weird as the other.
