Had it done by my local Merc specialist - had a fault with the indicators - £700 later! - couldn't believe it - until the mechanic showed me that very same assembly part - fast falling out of love with Mercedes
I have a 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500 5.3L with 150K miles on it and it's intermittently smoking. For some reason the only time I can see any smoke is when I pull out from a red light or stop sign, but it has to be after coming to a quick stop, like from going 60mph on the 4 lane and the red-light changes in front of you kind of stop. Then when I pull out from the red light, I can look back and there's a huge push of smoke. The first thing I did to solve this is, I replaced both valve covers with updated valve covers, but that didn't fix it. My catalytic converter went bad on the driver side, so I had all 3 replaced, muffler & pipes. After replacing the whole exhaust seems like it made it worse that's when I started seeing the big puff of smoke at a stop sign or red light. The truck actually runs good, but I'd like to fix this problem before something else messes up. What do you think the problem is?
Wow thank you! This was exactly it. My 2007 Hyundai Elantra (150k miles) had a rough idle. I was getting evap code so I replaced the purge valve since I was pretty sure it wasn’t the gas cap. After replacing it I took it out for a test drive and it surged up to 7k-8k rpm’s! Had to turn it off and coast into my driveway. I saw your video and did a quick clean and found the blackest of black carbon buildup in the throttle body. Turned the car on to check it and the rough idle is gone!!! Much appreciated for the video

I'm wondering if this is the issue I have... I have a 2006 MT Ford Focus...... I have only had it a few months, and had a vibration/noise that sounded like a bad wheel bearing in first to third gear....even though i had no play and sound from it when turning the wheel, I changed it out anyway....but it did not take care of the noise/vibration/roar..................??
Changed mine already, jacked up where you did also, but now the truck vibrates , is there something I maybe bent ? Or came loose while I jacked it up from where you did ?
Once ignition on, tik tik sound came from center console for 30 seconds, after engine start it will again come to 15 seconds. Could you please help me? 2014 model honda pilot.
If the pressure switch is faulty would the out cover plate still spin with the pully whether the air-con is on or off as I can't hear the compress clutch clicking?
So I have a 04 Tahoe 5.3, I have a similar issue. My pedal gets hard as a rock and locks my brakes. Have u come across this? After sitting for a long while my truck and brakes work fine but then I’ll drive it and the pedal becomes hard as a rock again n brakes lock again. Plz help.

I change my ac clutch on my ford expedition 2007 and then I turn on car turn on AC my car shut off turn on again make noise turn on shut off engine again can anyone no my compressor need to change not the clutch please thanks
