This is the wildest bourbon short I've ever seen ...but I'm intrigued. I love bourbon and I love sardines...may have to give it a go. Wonder how anchovies would be 😂
So some of it was weird but in general it was really good. I have a whiskey war cask strength double oaked finished in a Cabernet Sauvignon barrel and it paired really well with sardines and the smoked oysters. Who knew 🤷🏻♂️
Great interview & also wanna shoutout the Barrel brand for changing the perception of blending. Really think they paved the way the last 4-5 years in that aspect.
It is my favorite bar in Bardstown! I love that you drink there too. No visit to Bardstown will be complete for me without a stop there. I can't wait to try that old fashioned in October. If you ever come to Illinois on your travels you need to drink at Barrel Society in Princeton, IL. I drive 2 hours just to drink there.

Invited friends over and pours them this to showcase how good it is… except your backwash put a firm nose and palate of used prophylactics. Only after the party, to their horror, did they see this video. Now you lost all but one of your friends, but the one who stayed was the one you hoped was the one to leave. Good job. lol! Apparently you like to enjoy the bottle alone.
Great content. Love you tell the journey so many of us are on in exploring our own whiskeyland. And when the international batch comes perhaps sometime in the future... don't forget the Netherlands ;-)
Love the content. Just noticed that the butcher block bar in the video looks quite a bit like the one I built myself (though you may not be able to tell from the angles I use). Cheers and keep up the excellent videos!
Hey thanks man! I love a butcher block. Our buddy Kyle had the butcher block bar. Then our dad has like a wood slab with live edge bar, which is cool too. Your bar is awesome!
