@BWLightGuy nice! Been looking at the WMX1 I have the SS control one, but I haven't been able to truly learn it. I like the thought of the WMX1 being independent. You like it?
@@Dyerdrummer I really really like it! It's like this one but standalone and can't be hooked to my laptop. The best part about the WMX1 is how easy it is to add off brand lights.
Great video thanks. Is there an automatic showmode in dmx like the sound to light showmode that comes with spots already. Everything in dmx seems so singlar. I dont want to have to use it for a few presets like first dance spot to then unplug dmx go to use a showmode like sound to light. Many thanks
@@BWLightGuy thanks for coming back ... the my dmx go has a flaw ... so i checked a lot of videos after i ecountered this .. and udated the firmware and still no ADJ .. the whole list ... had other brands ... so i had to connect my my dmx go to home wifi and then the list shows to all ADJ lights ... so i put my fixtures in using home wifi and then connected it to the my dmx go and then the put the adresses in to the lights and chose the channels
Nice demo! I have 4 of these but never thought to hang them horizontally. Great idea! Looks so awesome that way. Was the demo video (with the haze) in sound active mode or is this a custom DMX show?

Yes I use it and I have the 2.0 also, but my dmx go is more simple, easy to use "when you learn how to operate" and when it does work, sometimes when I get to the gigs it says "can't connect to the network " and brooo thats annoying, the only way I can make it work again is updating the firmware right there, thats BS because is already up to date, don't understand, very good concept, sometimes very crappy to set it up.
Ok so my ADJ DMX go controller arrived today and I’ve got it connected up. I can control all aspects of the Lixada movers from the Fixtures page but in the live page I can only control movement and not and color settings. Any thoughts?
@@BWLightGuy I was just wondering what profile you downloaded. There are several from Lixada. The only one which gives me any color control is one from UKING but it’s still not got the gobos mapped.
If you want a spexific light programmed contact america dj . The contact info is included in your manual and specifically says to feel free to contact them.
I just got 4 of these and I’m very impressed so far. The only thing I can’t seem to do is get them to react to sound. I’m assuming the master is the only one which needs to be in sound mode and I’ve turned the sense up to 100. Still not getting any real reaction, just seems to do it’s own thing. It’s in a room with home cinema rather than a big rig like yours but it’s not far from a speaker. Any ideas appreciated.
@@BWLightGuy thanks for the reply. I’ve got 4 of these mounted to the ceiling in my basement. They look good. All of the show modes seem to favor the open gobo and lots of white and red. I’ve ordered the MyDMX to get some more control over these. There’s some gobos and colors in there’s that I’ve only seen very briefly in these auto modes! I originally had the U King version of these which had better gobos but weren’t as bright and didn’t have the Slave 2 mode.
