Splendid job, guys. I’ve played this on the piano, but had never heard it on guitar. I think it sounds even more elegiac on the guitar. Amazing that Rachmaninoff composed this at the age of 18 or 19.
I always appreciate how different a piece can sound played with other instruments. This is great, just like Sibelius Etude adapted for cello and guitare.
OMG Triplets and every other atypical rhythmic figures are to loud. Why u do that? Did u try to sing that melody? Sing it, please. U played melody, but u didn't feel the melody. Technically its ok, but musically its just prepared good. Like a pupil in school, just learned how to perform, but don't know deeper meaning. Now u r in stage where u stop practicing, and start playing.
