Hi, I need to ask what kind of permissions are required in italy if you just want to park your piaggio on side of the road and sell your food? Also please tell what kind of residence documents and italian language requirements for starting this kind of food truck business in italy.
My ten fave videos. ! I'll never get to sicily but I hope to own a ape before I die for some country roads round stellenbosch south africa Your slowly slowly philosophy is inspirational like your film work I do love the history of piaggio but two stroke seems a problem over here so it'll have to be atul Does anybody know anything about atul four-stroke or diesel. ? No electric thanks they look identical to me Keep up good work and enjoy Rob
I went on 10 dives with this company recently and was incredibly impressed with the spectacular range of dive sites they go to. They really go out of their way to "mix it up" so you're not doing the same dive over and over again. The Poor Knights Islands does have an incredible range of sites, and this company takes full advantage of that smorgasbord of delights. The Pinnacles (Tie Dye Arch), SugarLoaf and Jan's Tunnel are mind-bogglingly good dive sites but there's many more!
Amazing journey and so beautiful everywhere in Sicily, I didn't realize it was so big. I wonder as I have an interest in history if the people there claim any Phoenician ancestry?
I’m enjoying your journey for the second time watching. Brilliant and watchable adventure but please for the petrol, engineering heads that have viewed this could you please give mpg, power and cost?
Would be much more fun if you at least knew how to work on these "simple" 2 strokes. Always have "when needed" a simple tool pouch & a spare spark plug, wires , drive belts, filters , never worked on the Ape but it as simple as it gets, 2 stroke. Good luck and get greasy!
Driving an APE in Sicily and stopping by a McDonalds is a sacrilege brother!. Regardless can be forgiven 😇. Excellent series of 10 videos, lovely adventure, casting and editing images, prego.
I visited Sicily several times between 2001 and 2004. First time for an industrial project in Gela, second time for bidding the ponte over Messina Strait and all the related heavy infrastructure at both sides. I did love it and never came back. 20 years later I am planning to return for a road trip off season, trying to find myself and to meditate what has happened in my life during the last 20 years. I still keep a photograph taken at the electric tower looking towards Regio calabria, one of the two big tower foundations for the cabble suspended bridge was righ there per what I recall.
Well, it looks to me like your Ape has a fuel system problem .. if there is a bit of rust in the tank sooner or later it will clog the fuel filters or get into the carb and clog the jets .. its simple to fix (clean) but you need a bit of mechanic skills and a few tools. Hope it's all fixed by now :))
I just came across this channel and already started to like it. There are not many videos about travelling with Ape in English, they're mostly in German, so this is a really nice find. My youngest daughter and her boyfriend are planning a scooter trip around Sicily next summer, so this series will be kind of an educational "where to go and what to do" thing, lol. Greetings from snowy Scandinavia!! ✌
Thats hilarious! "What is he doing in the ape and how does he have the ape" Great videos! Im watching them while with a small group currently exploring Sicily.
