when you do your peel off base coat, what do you use to get them off?

It was my first time on 😮😮, and I didn't expect to hear so much chatting but more about the process since this is my first time trying to do my own nail. 😢😢 so I closed the video out and moved on.

Those are beautiful. How long do they stay on using the top coat. I am confused as some say use base coat to glue them on but Does the top coat work as good or better.
