I must say I thank you for this video a million time. This is one of the best Fu Hok Seung Ying set I have ever seen. I am in love with this Fa Jin and Nei Gong. Thank you, and please upload more if you have more.

Chiu Wai was my first Hung Gar Sifu's teacher's teacher. Learning from Sifu Wu, and hearing him talk about his own past and about Chiu Wai helped me eventually work out that Hung Gar is the martial art that connects with my own spirit the most of all the styles I have done. Due to location, I have a new Sifu of the Dang Fong lineage. Whilst there are subtle differences, my love of this style, it's traditions and virtues has only grown.

My pleasure. One of my first memories of Kung Fu was from high school in the early 90's where my eventual first Hung Ga Sifu (Sifu Andrew Wu) would play the Double Chain Whips. It was awesome.
