There is no power cut in entire Ahmedabad. Ahmedabad has 24*7 electricity. I have been living in Vaishnodevi area for the last 10 years. I never faced this issue. I still dont know where did you get this info about power cut came from.

Sushma has turned into a scam now. I purchased 2 units in 2020 and yet not delivered. They agreed to pay rental for time being and then the cheques they issued started to get bounced only after 2 months. Please save yourself from getting scammed by not investing your lifelong savings into any Sushma projects.

More price rise means more conversions. More conversions will bring more lower class migrants. More migrants will bring more crime. More crime will kill tourism. Tourism killed will destroy livelihood.

Real Estate boom in Goa is more of curse than blessing..., it will only give rise to migration which rather is invasion luking at Goa's demography and limited land area....townships r not for small state like Goa..with its scarce resources. ...its hills, forests and waterbodies need 2 b protected for posterity
