At the beginning , I actually thought that Belly is kinda cute and sweet ! Like as sushana said that she was in bloom . But after episode 5-6 , I actually think she is the most toxic one in this series. Well , Dating Cam while having crush on Connie was okay . But also hanging together with Jere was the moment when I thought she was actually being shitty , not Connie . To be very honest , after episode 5-6 , I was quite scared to think that she likes her brother too 😂😂 Taylor shouldn’t have taught belly too much 😊
FOr the ppl saying who r team jelly,,the season 2 has come out and I have read all the three books and I am gonna put forward my opinion, so no judgements.... Tbh, belly has always liked Conrad actually loved Conrad and conrad had never even thought of seeing belly with a romantic partner, but when she goes on her first date, Conrad felt an ignite, which he wud have felt even before she had a glow up, and why are people r saying before she turned pretty, like she was pretty before too, she just hadn't hit puberty, wore glasses which did not suit her face, and braces, and wierd hairstyles n dressing sense, if someone changes their dressing sense, hits puberty n removes glasses doenst mena they turrned from ugly to pretty. BElly had always been pretty. ANd if belly went on her first date without her so called glow up, I doubt Jeremiah wwould have felt the ignite. Jeremiah has always been kinda the boy bestive vibes. ANd in season 1 , belly played with Jeremiah's feeling coz for her it was just a summer make out session with no real feelkngs actually and a way to get over Conrad, but ofc Conrad can't leave her alone. IMagine finding out ur mom's dying and ur the only one who know about it, ofc this doesnt justify conrads behavior towards belly but he loved her. In season 2, Conrad just wanted to go home coz in . HAppy session like prom, he was depressed abt his mother dying and wanted to go home, coz he thought he wud ruin belly's night and belly was like oh so u wanna break up with me??, like bro said he wnats to go home and he cant do the prom thing not the relationship. Conrad needed time to deal with own feelings, and I'm glad they didnt get together in season 2. BUt, why did Jeremiah end up with belly, belly wasn't exactly over Conrad and she chose to kiss Jeremiah, knowinh how much it cud hurt Conrad. She did that and they were together for a long time, but Jeremiah cheated on belly and about the wedding thing, Jeremiah never took it seriously. HE used to joke about doing super silly stuff at the wedding, and he wasnt mature enough for belly. He even waid that husbdad wud take cafe of everything for the wedding, not depending on himself., being like a rich dads spoiled son. MEanwhile Conrad in this matter wud be really mature, independent and wud never joke abt something which is very important for belly. Their relationship wud have worked out if only belly was more understanding, giveing Conrad the time he needs to deal. with himself n his feelings. INstead she was the only one who spoke and when Conrad yried to explain, she was like no don't say . wOrd.....Conrad also cud never even explain belly what really happened. Conrad found out belly n Jeremiah r getting married, he congratulated them even after knowing he still loved her. HE wished happiness for them. But when he found out Jeremiah cheated on belly, he told belly and he was like u hv changed, I thought u were beter than someone who wud marry their cheating bf. Then he said he was disappointed but he could not do anything abt it. BElly thought abt that a lot and told jeremiah what happened betwenn conrad n her, and jeremiah a hour before ethe wedding was missing, he ran away athe debutante ball too. SOmehow Conrad n belly always find the way back to each other. JEremiah loved elly too but he was never really really mature n serious abt their relationship. It was just like a young love u hv not the kind u wud wanna spend ur whole life with.for belly that kinda love has always bbeen Conrad. And no matter whatever Conrad wud have done, he wud have Atleast never cheated on belly by having sex with someone lese knowinh how sexist such a big deal to belly.

I just find it hard to root for Conrad He's just a dick. A sad person who doesn't know how to handle emotions which is kinda okay because not everyone has that emotional strength. But when you're hurting other people over and over again. It's unforgivable. Maybe it is forgivable but I cannot trust my heart with someone that unstable
