Hey guys, all jokes aside you know when Wesker dashes faster than the brain can process which for a soccer ball would be 38,140+ mph? I think this is legit his top running speed. Could be more but he doesn't use his speed consistently. I'm pretty sure in the Sergei Vladimir canon comic it stated that Wesker fought and dodges Vladimir and his attacks which were said to be lightning fast which is 200,000+mph.
