Could you share a recent video of how the blue star creeper filled in? I have a ton of it myself around my stone patio that I planted over a decade ago as well as my front yard landscaping and love how it grew out into the lawn area. It adds so much beauty.
Yes, I will be sure to point it out the next time I am filming in the front yard. It has filled in so much, I love it. I saw a lawn filled with it once, that was my inspiration to plant it. I bet your lawn looks so pretty.
I walk in the door. We did not put blocks under the door. So there is an opening. We attached plexiglass to the bottom of door so it is solid to the ground.
That is the private Carson family cemetary, one of the longest running family's in Yachats. They own a big chunk of ranch land on YRR and a working greenhouse and plant stand. The Kaufmans are a lovely family.❤
Do you know what brand soaker hose you have that works so well? The ones I have purchased in the past did not have good pressure at the end of the hose. Thanks!
I grew up in Waldport and graduated from HS there in 1986. My parents still live on a mountain above the western side of Eckman Lake. I recognize many of these surnames, especially Ostling. Thanks for this video!
In one of the cemeteries near me, they sold single plots that accommodated two burials, usually a husband and wife. One was placed on top of another. How do they manage that because I think each casket had to have a vault.
Yes double depth burials were common in many cemeteries and some cemeteries still accommodate them. The grave is dug at a double depth to place the first burial with a vault/liner and then later opened again to place the second burial on top with another vault/liner. Not all cemeteries have the equipment to dig that depth so it is not offered everywhere. We had to stop offering it at this cemetery when that particular machine failed and we could not afford to replace it.
