Formerly 'William's Piping Adventures' Chronicle of William's journey performing and competing with People's Ford Boghall & Bathgate Caledonia Pipe Band, George Watson's College, and the National Youth Pipe Band of Scotland.
I miss playing with others due to bad lungs from smoking. I can't play the Highland pipes anymore but I do still play after buying the electronic faberstrom pipes. Well worth the $400 AU.
@@nimsonggurung2305 That tune is called Piper's Cave. It's the last of our 2-part march set that we competed with last season. There were 4 tunes in the set; Brown Haired Maiden, Haughs of Cromdale, Greenwood Side & Piper's Cave. The set was cut short in this video, but you can hear the whole set on some of my other videos e.g. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mLxyuo5AnHk.html We are preparing a new set for next season so watch this space...😉
Wow i have always wanted to see what a pipe band championship looks like and the reason is because I play the tenor and sometimes the base drum in a bagpipe and drum band that is named after the 3rd battalion of the royal regiment of Scotland aka the black watch and the band that I am in is not a competition band but the band used to be but not anymore.
It all starts with a dream & heartfelt dedication! And a lot of mental toughness & extra effort will lead to moving up until you get to the big band! And you thought these days were rough? ❤️. Much success as you start a most excellent adventure & a lifetime of memories!
