i will say the needing 1 out of 3 of 50-50 is not 50-50 at the start. ryan was way wrong. do the math at the start the chance of getting one head flip out of 3 is not 50-50, but as you move to flip 2 and 3 it is a 50-50. if you increase the number at the start it is higher. needed 1 out of 50 flips is not 50-50. now it could be said that if you only got 1 out of 50 then the coin isnt right but lets say on flip 7 you hit that heads. 1 in 7 isnt 50-50. the flip IS 50-50 but the chance of 1 out of 50 is not 50-50.
