...when one is in a safe place/space, that plan (self imposed isolation) can be viable (*for a predecided, preagreed finite amount of time). As desired, it can be repeated. We recognize that our homes are basically a big box, but then (a lot of the time), so is our mind. Remember to drink water, bring snacks, and allow for potty breaks! Most importantly, spend some of that (isolation) time in mindful meditation/ introspection. Keeping your spirit & mind light & open to recognize solutions & answers that will reveal themselves to you in these mentally quieted moments. They exist. They are available to you for there are many paths over the mountains. {Do not allow the darker side of the mind to draw/drag your thoughts down into self-flagulation!} You got this.
Yes, with self 1st; this leads you (empowers you) to be that way (*balanced) towards others. You got this... balance, perspective, resilience, and perseverance. (Plus, you are not alone...)

... simple clear goals, makes the work (tasks) to be done identifiable, and the efforts more purposeful and measurable. Oh yes, distractions and interference (*resistance) will still tumble into our path, but PPD (persistence, perseverance, and determination) helps keep the goal in our target.
