Thinking is automatic most of the time -it happens to us ,we don't do the thinking -we receive the thoughts in our own head.true self is the witness of thoughts -and not the thoughts ❤
When an organism develops the capability to differentiate itself from its surroundings it becomes conscious, so consciousness is the realization of the self. This capability is possible due to the integration, coordination and processing of perceived information. The cell is the lowest form of organism that possesses consciousness; the level of consciousness of an organism is proportional to its capability of perceiving, integrating, and processing sensory information and capacity for acting on the information. Humans have achieved the highest level of consciousness.
Before artificial light "that time of the month" was regulated by the moon (like females who are close start at the same time) so whole villages or tribes would have to deal with that and... paganism
Hello all! I think consciousness could be a fundamental part of the universe! I'm not quite as radical as Bernardo Kastrup, the analytical idealist philosopher who thinks the whole universe is mental and made only of consciousness! I do adhere to his idea that there is a "field of subjectivity" that is mental and has a fundamental role in the genesis of the universe. However I have problems putting ordinary matter, devoid of subjectivity, into this picture and how it relates to consciousness and subjective experience. If one does take the view of panpsychism, that all things have a parcel of consciousness, one has to reflect on how these individual parcels of consciousness add up to make a whole, unified, field of self awareness as in a human, for example. In anycase, thanks for this fascinating video! 🌿
Thank you for sharing your perspective! You bring up a great point, and unfortunately, this is a question panpsychism has yet to answer. I appreciate you taking the time to leave this comment and hopefully one day we solve the mystery that is consciousness!
Thank you so much! It really means a lot to hear that the explanation resonated with you. We're passionate about making these topics easy to understand, so it’s great to know it’s helpful!
When I was a child, I had a dream that my classmates were dressed in their everyday clothes when I entered the classroom for the first lesson of the day. I didn't really pay much heed to the detail of the dream as I thought it was just one of those random dreams that can happen at any time, but I dressed in my uniform and went to school and I discovered that my classmates were actually wearing their everyday clothes and not their uniforms. It was strange because I don't recall the teacher telling us we could wear what we want for school the next day at the end of the last lesson in class. I think we were going on a trip and we were allowed to wear our own clothes and not our uniforms but after watching this video, I guess it was an example of synchronicity.
Thank you for sharing your experience! That’s a really intriguing example of how dreams can sometimes seem to predict real-life events or align with unexpected moments. What you described definitely sounds like synchronicity-when meaningful coincidences occur that feel connected even though they don’t have an obvious explanation. Carl Jung believed that these moments reveal how interconnected our inner and outer worlds can be. It’s amazing that you had such an experience at a young age, and I’m glad the video helped you see it in a new light!
Most interesting part was when you said," you must learn always to be prepared for sudden changes in fortune, to accept them as a part of life and to adapt to them calmly and without complaining." Something to really ponder and meditate on and to change our mindset and attitude from negative to " its a part of life, a challenge and I can handle this." 😂😊
Yes, exactly! Shifting our mindset to embrace challenges as part of life's natural flow can be so empowering 💪✨ It’s all about seeing the opportunities in the unexpected and reminding ourselves that we can handle whatever comes our way. Definitely something worth meditating on!
Ahhhh......good point. You reminded me to recognize that life is in a constant state of change, and to accept it and embrace it. Today there were many things I wanted to do, but feel like my body says rest, so today I rest.😉😊
Exactly! Listening to your body is so important. Rest is productive too-it's how we recharge and get ready for the next wave of change 🌊✨ Embracing that flow of life, even on the restful days, is such a beautiful practice. I hope you enjoyed your well-deserved rest day! 😊
Good Job! Excellent work on the editing.🥰👍And thank you for replying to my message on the last video. Looks like you improved on this video. I'm so proud that you listen to your viewers and care. And....that it's kept on the short side. Guess my attention isn't what it used to be.😬😂Looking forward to the next one! Thanks for sharing.
Hi, I just found your channel and subscribed because I like what is said. I do have one issue.. that as I listen to the second video, this one, it sounds read artificially. There are no natural stops and punctuations where a real person would while reading. This makes binge watching for any amount of time annoying. If you can fix this I would love to watch all your videos. Just saying. Hope this helps your channel, not meant to be mean or anything. Thank you😊
Thanks for the sub! I appreciate the feedback. I will leave the pauses in for future videos. I have been cutting them out during editing! Thanks again for taking the time to offer feedback. I'm glad you enjoy them!
Thanks for sharing! You're absolutely right. I've recently been learning to do these things and I feel these are positive steps to go forward. HAVE NO FEAR! 😁🥰
Thank you so much! 😊 I’m so glad you’re taking positive steps too! We’re all in this together, and embracing the journey is what matters. Let’s keep moving forward with courage! 💪✨
Every storyteller ought to read Joseph Campbell or find some other way to study our collective myths spanning centuries and diverse cultures around the world.
There's certain realities you _should_ deny. Laws, ethics and principles exist for a reason. No one other than abusers asks anyone to accept what is when what is definitely falls under human and civil rights violations.
Thank you for sharing your perspective. It’s important to clarify that when we talk about acceptance in the context of mindfulness or personal growth, it doesn’t mean accepting or condoning injustices, violations of rights, or harmful behaviors. Acceptance in this sense refers to acknowledging the reality of a situation, so we can respond to it more effectively.
For example, recognizing that something is wrong or unjust allows us to take informed action to change it. Denying reality often leads to inaction or ineffective responses. Laws, ethics, and principles are indeed crucial for guiding our actions, and it's our responsibility to challenge and change circumstances that violate them. Acceptance is not about passively tolerating harm; it’s about facing reality head-on so we can work toward creating a better one.
Thank you so much! We're grateful for your support and are thrilled that you're enjoying our content. Your kind words inspire us to keep creating more videos. Stay tuned for more, and thank you for being part of our community!

There ouught be a specific diagnostic code for those who willfully plan and cause depression, anxiety, panic, social anxiety, mood disorders, neurocognitive disorders and such in others.
Interesting thought! Thank you for the share. Sadistic Personality Disorder (SPD) does share some similarities with the behaviors you described. However, the DSM-IV Personality Disorders Work Group decided to delete sadistic personality disorder entirely from the manual. SPD was removed from diagnostic manuals due to insufficient research and concerns about its validity as a distinct disorder. If someone is deliberately causing psychological harm to others, this would likely fall under categories of abuse, harassment, or other problematic behaviors rather than being classified as a mental health diagnosis itself.
