One mistake I noticed that you made in your playthrough: That poison you used was *emetic* poison. When you use that, the target will go to the bathroom and be violently ill, but they won't die. When you use that kind of poison, the thing you want to do is follow them into the bathroom and kill them there.

hey there, late for me to see this. I'm one of the biggest fans of Cookie Cutter around. Fair enough verdict on the end, Cookie Cutter isn't here to reinvent the wheel, but I hope that throughout what you played you had fun. The Megastructure does have a lot to offer and it's the lead dev's baby, and he hopes to continually support and build upon the game if time and other people's support allows for it. Though he first wants to make it as technically solid as can be before moving on to adding new things. I hope to see that full story come to fruition. IN terms of story, in the Denzel Factory there's a fairly interesting NPC. Game's got fantastic animation and atmosphere and I personally really jive with it-- want to see more of the world, lore and the kinds of people and creatures that can inhabit it, though the most interesting story developments in my opinion are mainly seen in regards to a mid-game boss that takes the shape of a Hindu demon, in optional Memories, and in the endgame area. Outside of story, it's mainly individual characters and the writing that'd have to keep one's attention. There's some colorful characters-- which, again, I would want to see more of. As for moment-to-moment gameplay, it's smooth and solid throughout. You're not the first to have trouble with the parries, they differ from enemy to enemy and only attacks that flash blue can be parried), but there will be quite an arsenal of combat options as you progress, from weapons to spells and something else. It's a pretty out-there game in terms of style and world, but I hope that you can look back on it quite positively and spread word on it. Have a good one and take care.
Thank you for your comment! It was not a terrible game, I have player far worse games, the animation is nice I really enjoyed that it was silly and kinda punk looking. For me story plays a very important role and if it's not something I can get into within the first couple of hours then I'm out, I've only played about 30+ min so I would give it another shot and try again, and with your recommendation that would also push me to try it out another time, maybe do an update video. Currently in the process of figuring out what the main focus of my channel will be and shifting it over to that in the coming weeks. yeah, hard 2 is hard, the last boss is Nodoka. another staff member who has her own model like A-chan. her job is mainly about an app that hololive is developing , she also help A-chan with some of her works so she doesn't overwork. Some people called her the last fortress of Yagoo's dream due to how innocent she acts compare to the talents. btw, i noticed you still dodge a lot in Fauna's healing zone, did you forgot it gives you invisibility or is there other reasons.
I see you reached the Bullet part of Bullet Hell in this game. :D I would recomand to invest in Reroll and Eliminate in the Upgrade shop when you are going to go with more planing how to build the character per run. Reroll should be self explainatory. It lets you rerol the offered skill/weapon/item for a level up if you hope to get something better. Eliminate allows you to, well delete an offered skill/weapon/Item once per level up. The deleteded power up won't appear again for the rest of the run. Usefull to thin out the pool from stuff you don't want to use and increasing your chance for power ups you want for the following level ups. Pure stat increases can't be deleted though.
Yeah the re-roll mechanic is used a lot in other games like this, I don't normally use it because I like the randomness of it but I'm trying to accomplish something so using it to get a specific build would be ideal. Also that eliminate mechanic would help.
so here's some references, Lighting wiener comes from another game called Sausage Legend ,where you fight players with all kinds of sausages ,one member of gen 2 really like the game and even had an official collab with them. the last boss is Baelz the rat in her Halloween vrchat avatar, all of CouncilRys have something like this.

XD Anyways, in regards to the number of stages: Keep in mind that this is still a fanmade game without any payment by a team of three people in their spare time. And it's technically still in development. So i think despite only having 5 Stages (Time mode has a it's own stage, 6 if we count Holohouse as stage) and three har mode versions for the time being, you get more than your money worth ut of it.
You definitely get your money out of it when its free. There would probably be more content out by now but the developer made another free game in holoxbreak instead. He will probably do another update for this in a few months with some more characters and a stage or so. It's also a little slower because he wants to make all the characters both feel unique and be related to vtuber with the passives and special.
Yeah lol, I was laughing so hard when I saw that. That's true, I thought it would go stage 4 to stage 5 because the achievements make it seem like they have 5 stages. Not sure if I'll try out Time mode but I did see the new game and may check that out for New Week New Game.
So, yeah the Clowns... You want to defeat them as fast as possible. Especially the green ones. The Blue ones slow you down with their aura and the red ones, i believe (not quite sure) either increase the damage of enemies or reduce yours. But the green ones, they heal enemies. Including the Bosses and Minibosses. If you have an unlucky run and can't get rid of them in time, they will make the mobs into damage sponges.
stage 4 is the ID stage, it's a sport arena built for their minecraft festival 0.7 update is also released on Indonesia independence day, they also have a group cover for that day called Bebas. their first group original song is ID:entity
Since you already know a bit about Kroni i'll just give a few tips about some items: Both Bounce Ball and Cutting Board have a extra mechanic that makes both items either more or less effective on certain characters. And the deciding factor for that is... the chest size. I think you can figure out the rest from there. On that note Bounce Ball and Cutting Board can make a rather good defensive collab, which clearly not important in the first stage but can really help in the later stages when you also got to deal with projectiles. Cutting Board can also make a collab with either Holo Bomb or EN Curse. The Idol Costume might not look like much on first glance but reducing the cooldown for the special attack is never hurtfull. Also it is part of a super collab together from what you get when you collab Idol Song with Glowstick. You can btw skip the opening sequence from the Holozone packages without panelty. If you like. And lastly, you can look up what you need for collabs you already discovered in the menu when pressing ESC in the level.
I don't think I unlocked the bounce ball yet but I did get the cutting board and know it's tied to an achievement, just need to know who to use with it. I did come across the colab page, now it's about colabs I haven't seen, cutting board and ENs curse here we come!
My favorite thing to do with Kronii is try to see how fast I can make her. She has such high move speed that with other speed increasing items she just zooms around the screen making dodging easy. If you get piggy bank on her you can make a ton of holocoins in a run so its worth looking for if you still need the coins for upgrades. The Hololive vtubers frequently refer to each other as holomems for Hololive members. There isn't really an official way to refer to them as a group though. Oddly none of the weapons you had actually collab with each which is a huge coincidence with how many collabs there are. Also there is an achievement for getting enough upgrades on a single item in a run that I wish you luck with.

damn, two super items again, your luck is ridiculous in this game. in case you miss it, max EN curse gain 10% damage every time it bounce, it's how you get the 1000 damage achievement the dude is Yagoo the CEO some stuff and memes about Kronii, the warden of time. her character is a narcissist, but it's so over the top that it comes of as funny. think of the meme, me ,my girlfriend and her giant body pillow of herself. Her voice is very monotone ,people often compare it with the voice of google assistant. the flower stamp is a reference to this, comes from a minecraft collab where she kept repeating the word flower while staring at one, meanwhile another member are dying from laughter. helicopter memes, it's basically just about the giant clock that's on her head looks like a propeller. her Halloween avatar is also just her giant head flying around. subway, she was very addicted to eating subway before, in order to stop it, she put it in the blender and drink it on stream, it was very cursed, but it works. one of my favorite song from her is her cover of MAFIA

Okay... Gura. One of the most successfull V-Tubers on RU-vid. When she debuted she basically broke records with how fast she got subscribers. That's also why she kinda became the poster child for Hololive EN. Currently she is taking things slowly because she experienced burn out a couple months ago. Her debut also kinda became a meme because a few minutes before her actual debut her stream startet for a few seconds by accident with her simply saying A before ending it and start the stream proper at the right time. Her specialty are rythm games and she can sing a lot of songs even if she doesn't actually speak the language, simply by hearing the lyrics. She had a RU-vid career before becoming a V-tuber. Some fans realized who she was and tried to goad her older "personality" out again. That and her rappid success with Hololive gave her initally some anxiety but she came into her own since then. Her song Reflect, while being more about the lore of her character, deals with her feelings about it and the acceptance of who she used to be and who she is now and making peace with both. Ina is mostly known for her Art streams but she is quiet the skilled gamer too. In lore she is the priestess of the Old Gods, most notably Ao-Chan, and her V-Tuber career serves as to appease them, with the Takodachis serving somewhat as a limiter of their power. She and the fandom is known for the three WAH'S (as in We Are Happy), though there is a forbidden fourth Wah. Aaaaaand the Boss of Stage three... The Haachama Spider. It's... well it is made after a potrait Nanashi Mumei made for another V-Tuber named Haato. I could write more about it but i would have to go into length about Nanashi Mumei which i will reserve for when you play her. Which i recommend btw, because well... Mumei is an experience.

Yo. There probably isn't going to be much backseating at this point since you have most of the essentials anyways. Gawr Gura is pronounced like Gow Goo-Rah at least according to her. A lot of people also pronounce it Gar Goo-Rah which she also said is acceptable. Vtuber culture is based a lot on Idol Culture so the music tends to be more along those lines even if the base genre is different. So it tends to be Pop Rock etc. My favorite thing to do with Ina is try to make the biggest ghost Takodachi. I've only managed to make one get to 3/4 the size of the screen before I just couldn't avoid it anymore. The 100% achievement requires completing 4i-5 games with each character and is a major time sink. Personally I preferred the previous format but you can maybe do something in the middle with like 2 runs with a lot of the downtime cut out. I'll leave talking about bosses and stuff to the other guy who usually goes over those and stick to discussing fun or interesting ways I've found to play things in the game.

yeah, i realize it's a joke after i see the replies, did chuckle a bit after. if you like rock type song, recommend to check out Baelz's PSYCHO or Calli's overkill. the stage 3 boss is called taranchama, a fusion of a spider and Akai haato from jp gen 1 ,a painting created by Mumei from Council. Haato once ate a tarantula on stream, which is why we have spider cooking. Inanity is a understatement when talking about her, will elaborate further when you get to her. I'm not sure if anyone talk about A chan the stage 2 boss yet, so here's some lore about her. She is one of the 3 people that started Hololive ,the other two are Yagoo the ceo and Tokino Sora the first hololive vtuber. A chan also does weekly stream on the official channel ,usually talk about news ,events or just chatting. She will also collab with other members and even make song covers . i personally prefer the older style since we get to see your first reaction at things like new collab and boss.

That run was easy not becauase of the special (which you didn't even seem to be using very well; you're supposed to run into enemies while its active otherwise it doesn't really do anything) or other upgrades, but because you had insane RNG with the boxes. You're lucky to get one super item in a run. Two in one run is exceedingly rare. And both the ones you got were defensive, making it so you couldn't really get hurt.
since you are playing Okayu, here's some info and lore about her. her skills and special that are about foods because she really like to eat, her first original song is "mogu mogu yummy" which is just about eating . there are also several stories of hololive members caught her eating their snacks. except Sensitive voice, which is about her natural low voice, she doesn't really like it before joining hololive, because most girls around her usually have more of a cutesy voice, but after the support she got from the fans, she started to produce more and more songs , even having a solo concert of her own. Korone(the dog girl) and her are long time friends before they join hololive ,even their families treat each other like their own daughter, probably one of the sweetest relationship in hololive
man, the last few comments were not necessary, of course the first few stages will be easy, people want you to get the special upgrade so the characters have more things for you to play. don't worry, the game will definitely get harder, especially when you get the halu item and damn, i see you got two super item, that's very lucky
Backseaters being backseaters, very cringe. I swear, I once saw a VOD of a livestream where someone was playing their first run, no unlocks or upgrades or anything yet, and someone in chat was already telling them to combine Fan Beam and Plug Type Asacoco, like, my guy, they didn't even know the collab system exists, nor had the fan beam unlocked, nor distinguished the difference between a weapon, item, and skill yet, and yet people can't contain themselves and start throwing information overload and it hurts to watch. Some overly eager veteran fans of games tend to forget what the new player experience is like and don't seem to grasp the value of blind discovery and going at one's own pace.

That was a good series too. I enjoyed seeing characters from the first series in GU and the changes they made. I also beat it on the PS2 but they remastered it and added a part 4 so now I'll have to replay it.
Can't say much about the V-Tubers behind the characters here (there are a lot) but others already did, so i'm just going to give a few more general tipps: You said you will get the enhancement upgrades the next episodes, so i'm waiting to explain more about them once you got them. It can help to look at the stats of the character's before you start a level to plan ahead which items and weapons you should collect. Characters like Ina or Mio, who have a abysmal crit rate for example can barely use items or stat-buffs that increase crit because it would take to much effort to get the crit rate high enough. On the other side, they can use items like the Gorilla Paw without drawback since the decrease of the Crit rate doesn't matter and still get the damage bonus. In praxis, every character can use every item and sub weapn but some get more out specific items/weapons than other. Either because of their best stats or their skills. Some wapons and items also have other specific that makes them more effective. The Cutting Board or the Bounce Ball for example are more effective/stronger on certain Characters, based on how flat/bouncy they are in the chest area. Check the archivements. Many weapons and items are unlocked through them. Most of them based on surviving with a charakter specific to that item 10 mins in a level or beat a level. Others have more specific requirements. Plug Type Asacoco with Fan Beam and En's Curse with Spider Food are good collabs to create btw.

Korone: she's a dog, according to her, her species is Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Endurance comes from her long time streaming which the longest one being 38 hours. Korone brain washing comes from an official horror game "Evil God Korone" where she brain wash others to join her cult. Choco coronet, in lore, she works at a bakery. her main weapon is punches are because she does boxing in real life. Mio :she is a wolf. Mama comes from her motherly tendency when interacting with other. Omen, she does tarot cards reading in real life, she also does it on stream once a year for other members, due to how accurate it is, people also called her "Big God Mio". Cheerful laughter, we describe her laugh as healing because how happy she sounded, there's also a few times she laughs too hard and end up vomiting. I'll talked about Okayu when you played her the 10 minutes boss is called Mikodanye, a mascot based on gen 0 Sakura miko, often spotted during big official events or when miko collab with real life stuffs
