It’s ridiculous that you’d make a video about a people’s cultural heritage and make no effort to learn how to pronounce the place names with some semblance of accuracy. Finnish is written phonetically; it’s not hard to learn a few rules of pronunciation.
Its a synthesized voice you know. I got a one man show here, so I focus on trying to write a good script. And the Ai voice 'usually' sounds clearer or at least let me avoid feeling self-conscious. Certainly not aiming to offend you with mispronunciations. I cringe every time too. But should we ignore traditions because they are hard to pronounce? There's stories to tell and insights to reveal, and culture is the common property of all humanity.
@@Pandemology11 There’s no reward for doing something badly faster. This is the problem with relying on AI without human oversight. It’s not difficult to pronounce Pohjola properly. It made me realize that there was no oversight of authenticity on your work, making the authenticity of the whole questionable. If your work is worth something to you, don’t abdicate responsibility for it.
