You should try to dry up the car and coat it with something protective like wax. If you want to go hardcore, you could clay bar, compound, polish, and wax, but even a polish should do the trick.
Good to see you guys enjoy the food. You guys got it almost perfect. We usually start with the breads & the curries when the breads are still warm & not elastic & chewy. We dont just dip the breads in the sauce, but we also keep the meat in the bread & eat it like a sandwich. When the bread gets over, we then pour everything on the rice & clean it all up. We never add the rice to the breads and eat them together. Next time get some other cuisine from India. What you had in this video is mostly Punjabi cuisine.

For now you can focus mainly on North Indian & South Indian food as I'm sure it won't be as detailed out there. If you do find a South Indian based restaurant then do try out the popular dishes like Masala Dosa, Idli, Medu Vada, Uttapam, Pongal, Upma, Parotta, Appam, Puttu, Idyappam, Chicken 65, Chicken Chettinad, Kerala Beef Fry, Hyderabadi Dum Biryani (preferably Mutton/Lamb). These are dishes from the 5 different states in South India.
