Love it! I like that little synth sparkle (e.g. at ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-J-T7Y_oSbTE.htmlsi=lu7hXKS9Ret8P4-h&t=104) - you instantly know that sound is associated with the program. Al Jazeera English use the same technique.
Love your work. The last time I was this impressed about a news package was when I was a teenager and got my reel-to-reel demo of Hello from Frank Gari. You have mastered his attention to detail and his talent.
I could see a few more Gray stations picking up this new news theme, including WVLT, KCTV-KSMO, and maybe bigger market stations like WHNS, KMOV, and KPTV-KPXD. And maybe several Nexstar stations getting this theme too, assuming it's a syndicated news music package any station can use, assuming it's not exclusive to Gray. We know TEGNA has C Clarity, Hearst has Strive, Sinclair has Glass & Curves, Morgan Murphy has Vision, Scripps has Scripps Custom News Package, etc. It's a thought.
@Chris Majka This is what should happen if Newsmusic Central made a re-arrangement of Gari's "News Series 2000 Plus" for 2023. What do you think, Chris?
@Chris Majka This music track should be more awesome if Frank Gari and the staff in his studio actually performed this in a real orchestra just like what Yanni had in his live performance at the Acropolis (concert)... Don't you think?? But still, it sounds awesome, no matter why. And REALLY, this ending part at 1:30 sounds much like "Eyewitness News", right?
Ron Magers, Kathy Brock, Jerry Taft and Mark Giangreco (???; he left ABC7?) are no longer at ABC 7 Chicago no more. Only Alan Krashesky, Cheryl Burton, Jim Rose and longtime veteran Chuck Goudie remain.
I'm a viewer from that market. Would love to hear them use this. If they don't want to completely separate from MCTYW, this would be a nice update. Really dig this... especially the close.
