16 years on death row is absolutely ridiculous. I heard about a man that was on death for 37 years before they killer him. I’m sorry that’s straight up murder. 16 years 37 years omg is a lifetime for some . Some people don’t even live 37 years. I know 10 years ago I was t the same person I am today. I can only imagine it being 16 years before I’d get punished. To me if they are sentenced to death, if you believe in that, it should happen less than a year. If it’s over 5 years then nope be to late. They would just stay in prison for life .

He is clearly lying about the assault/murder claim with the Federal Corrections. Interesting interview. This guy definitely deserved the death penalty, but at least he was mostly honest during the interview . Most of these death row inmates are pathological liars and never take responsibility for their crimes.
He stated in the federal penitentiary that if you assault a guard or Federal officer they have the right to kill you. I'm going to look into this situation if this is the case this is unconstitutional. And I believe citizens all over the United States of America should look into this situation.
Mark, you can't be that naïve. I worked for the Bureau for 31 years; retiring as an Associate Warden at Leavenworth. There is, and has never been, a directive that it's ok to kill an inmate or anyone else. Staff in the DOJ are subject to the same laws as everyone else in this country. Don't be so gullible to what a convicted serial killer says.
