Nope, it’s stated in chapter 31 by mahito that jogo soul is weaker then one finger sukuna, just because jogo has more CE then 1 fingers sukuna doesn’t mean he would win, & kenjaku was being generous (high ball) so he can boost jogo confidence in hopes he can persuade sukuna to join their side. No way shape or form is jogo 5 finger level. Plus, how could jogo be 15F if he have durability weaker then hanami stated by gege?
