Bas, you figured this out by being in tune with yourself: great instincts, listening to your body, that's a wonderful faculty to possess. Great share- thanks!
Without a doubt. Keep it light, laugh at yourself, stay flexible with your inner self. My wife always gets upset when I always laugh or snicker, maybe that's what she gets upset about but to be honest, laugh at all of things in your life. Brother had a 3 way bypass at 47, one of the reasons was he always was riled up about something and never allowed himself to just relax about things that had no meaning. This doesn't mean we'll live longer but my guess is, it sure won't hurt just laughing or keeping good thoughts, even if one snickers.......under their breath. Laughing.....best medicine for a happier healthy life.
Thanks so much Bas! Used to get riled up before football and miss every block. Been listening to this kind of advice and have improved TREMENDOUSLY! Thanks a million!
You are full of wisdom, Bas. You maybe were the clown of the class, but look what you did by outdoing yourself. If one can take it, then what doesn't kill you make you stronger, usually it makes weaker people bitter. You are full of jokes but you are NO joke!
Echo is excessive. As an audio enthusiast, I don’t see why , if someone is going to have a recording studio in the gym , why they can’t spring for some sound dampening material? Can’t afford to get your voice heard effectively? Is it necessary for such venues to be so acoustically live? no. And I know it is a place of action not words. But you are trying to communicate And excessive reverberation is not conducive to effective communication. 2000$. In quality material is not out of the question when you’re at this level of excellence in the industry of this man. Do you want ME? to pick it out and place it install it? you buy it I’ll do it. Unless effective communication is not important to you I’m good with that too then they don’t call you the best for nothing thank you
I always felt this is true too, ever since i watched Jackie Chan fight Benny The Jet in Wheels On Meals. "This ones tough. Cool head does it. Relax. Treat it like a training session" 😄 Thankyou again, Bas !
My Coach fought Duane Ludwig in Canada also. Duane Won. I could never consistently fight in the ring but I would destroy someone on the streets and have done that many times.crimnals whontried to rob and assault me.
So true. Say, ever thought of making videos about martial artist from different era, with your own analysis of their skill, performances and overall how would you rate them. Just a thought.
