"When PC Data" Strange, burnside usually gets WPC / PC correct, even after the offical change (season 15/16...?) where WPC's no longer existed and were just PC's, he continued to use WPC and WDC.
Can't believe they have an honest to goodness riot going on, the entire station is running out there, and bam, the episode ends. Specifically on Rons beat (my favorite character)
Boyden's demeanour and the way he handles people - relaxed, sociable but firm where he needs to be is how I'd like to be if I were a copper, so it's cool to see that in action! Ruddy shame that his character was up to a number of shady stuff especially later in the series. Had it not been for all that he'd be a favourite for me.
Cryer is correct telling Ackland that Maitland is her sergeant, wether she is justified or not, Cryer is duty bound to back up a colleague of same or higher rank.
"I want you to stay here and liase, Frank." "Liase ?!" "Yeah, it means interact and exchange information." "I know what it fucking means !! ... Oops !"
What a joke we trying to get rid of them but u pay them to b on the bill could u white people not that it is ment to b white Britain time for all other colour people to go home and just leave white people who r ment to b hear not coloured people and people with turbins and red dots on their for head and wear wears clothes and don't speak English
Hollis is brilliant - quite relatable with his concerns for exposure to carcinogens and lead. Did not expect to see such awareness in such an old series!
A great show, but this episode shows a general misunderstanding of drug addiction. The glue sniffers also represent a specific hysteria of the time. But aside from all that, I always love The Bill. Can't get enough.
